room was great! coffee pot did not work, parking is atrocious.

My stay was all I had hoped for - and even more. The suite is located in a residential area with a great walkability score. There are lots of restaurants, coffee shops and shopping all within a close range to the property. The property was clean, and exactly as advertised. The host was responsive and great to correspond with. I would definitely choose to stay here again if my travels bring me back to the area.

Good room for the price paid! Be aware of the common spaces. It also gets quite warm being on the top floor with no A/C unit, I recommend putting the fan in front of the window for good air flow. Host is easy to reach for check-in and any issues.

It's tiny but it serves the purpose. Nice and clean. Parking can be rough because its right by a high school.

The room was perfect for a nice stay where we could visit friends close by. Nice, quiet, and clean. Our host stayed in touch with us in case there was anything that we needed.

This was a comfy, clean, and secure stay for our night in Seattle to attend a concert. The drive into downtown was quick and easy. Watch out for students and family traffic at the beginning and end of the school day, being across the street from a HS. Parking in front may be a challenge, but this is a densely populated area so it should be expected. Would consider again if/when in the area.

The studio was convenient clean and safe. It is a great option for anyone looking to stay in Ballard or close to the city.

very nice property

Good coffee and breakfast places a block north on 70th Street. Was able to walk to friends' place a bit further west. Salmon Park across 15th is a nice respite from the heat and noise. Express D bus gets you downtown quickly.Hardest part: too many communications from VRBO that required sign-ins/sign-ups. Had to sift through a lot. And all those images of DL and credit card and selfie -- a pain!

the room is small (but hey this is Seattle), yet still room for morning yoga routine & super location- no complaints whatsoever!

Clean, simple, easy.

Very clean, some basic bathroom and kitchen amenities provided. Has a little stovestop, mini-fridge, and microwave.Bed is memory foam, very comfy. Thermostat was a little unpredictable and you can hear the neighbors fairly easily through the walls. Host was very quick to respind to inquiries and the stay was very pleasant overall!!

Great to come back to my own space after socializing all day. Clean, functional, safe. Street parking a bit challenging at times.
