Island Stay Studio with Stunning Ocean Views

We had a great time! The property was perfect for us. It’s walking distance to a beautiful beach with excellent snorkeling. Very close to several restaurants. Mangos was our favorite for dinner and Turks Wave cafe was our favorite for breakfast. The pools and hot tub are nice and clean. Parking onsite is convenient. The host is very quick to respond with any questions. We would definitely stay here again!

There was no water in the shower

The property is not senior friendly. You have to climb 84 steps of stairs to get to the beach or to go to most of the restaurants.

My overall stay was ok, the place was clean. However, be prepared to not have consistent internet through your stay. I complained and chased for an update a couple times through the stay ultimately for them requesting to come in and work on the internet. I would prefer not to have random people working in my unit while I am on vacation. In addition, the power in the unit went out for the entire night. I don't blame the owner for this however, I did not appreciate the lack of communication. I contacted both the numbers and both the owner and the property manager did not provide a response until the following morning. I ultimately checked out and went to stay elsewhere. Overall, these were two major issues and that certainly affected my experience at this unit.

Owner was super responsive. Location was walkable to beach with great snorkeling. Unit included everything we needed during our stay. Recommend parking in an outdoor space unless you have a subcompact car.

Good view and walkable to restaurants

Janus was a great host and extremely responsive and helpful. She gave very clear instructions ahead of our stay and we had no problems finding or accessing the building. Tip - if you put the actual address in the GPS (we used Waze), it will bring you to the direct entrance, no problem. Her studio was perfect for the two of us and contained everything we needed for our stay including beach equipment and coolers. Upon our first day at the beach, the umbrella had been broken by a previous guest and she coordinated with her assistant to leave us a brand new one which was waiting for us at the door upon our return. The surrounding area has some great restaurants and a grocery store ~5 minute drive down the road. Smith Reef beach is great for snorkeling but the beach is a little smaller and slanted; Bight beach park only a few minutes away has a bit more room, more flat, and is a pretty quick walk (10-15 min) to Coral Gardens for snorkeling and Somewhere Cafe.

I wouldn’t even know. No address. No locals could find. No contact. No answer. I want my $$ back AND the difference I had to pay for another place. You ruined my trip completely. NEVER. AGAIN!!! Worst day ever on any trip in any country my entire life.

Janus was incredible! Saved us at 9Pm at night when our other rental was gross and we needed to leave. Amazing pool! Beautiful views! Would stay again

This cozy & clean space was just enough for two. The gated property made us feel safe. Washer/Dryer was a bonus. We did not use the kitchen. Only drawback was the distance from a beach. On the particular night we stayed on the property, the WiFi did not work so we were unable to use the smart TV or our laptops for entertainment. Not ok!

This condo is tucked in the corner of Vista Azul on the third floor. It is quiet and very private. A convenient elevator goes from the basement to all the floors. The location for our wants was perfect. This condo is a five minute walk to the National Park beach which is almost deserted, yet provides a full day in the sun without the bustle of resorts. Our favorite restaurants are nearby. Decorating could be better and kitchen is but a galley, but we ignored these for the chance to stay 10 days at this very reasonably priced condo.

Nice location and beautiful views

Nice a cozy apartment perfect for couples. Great pool and beautiful grounds. Centrally located close to many restaurants and grace bay.

I did not stay. I had to leave and find another place to stay because the bed smelled of urine and was left in the kitchen once the assistant came to wash the sheets, which were completely dry, then accused myself and my 20-year-old daughter of urinating in the bed. It was the most horrible experience I’ve ever had.

Pretty much as advertised. Nice and very clean. Small kitchen but this studio had a really nice sized bedroom and attached bathroom. Only downside I can say is that the only view outside is from the corner of the bedroom. And out of 4 large window panes looking out over the corner of one of the pools and farther seeing the ocean…1 of the panes appears to have lost it’s gas seal and is so cloudy it cannot be looked through. Otherwise a really great stay. Beautifully landscaped grounds and several good dining choices within walking distance.

Very clean, close to the airport, walking distance to restaurants. I would definitely stay again!
