Stayed Oct 7, 2023It was a nice area. They provided all the basic necessities. It was quite refreshing to experience that being provided. It wasn't far from the beach which was very nice. We had several overcast days which was a definite damper, but we made due with the patio and watched the ships.

Stayed Aug 4, 2023This is our third trip to South Padre Island in as many years and this was the best trip so far! The unit was exactly as described and we had no problems at all. It was clean, had everything we needed, and was right on the beach. Unlike many properties, this one has it's own private beach access, which is a nice bonus. As a family of five we had plenty of room and the washer/dryer in the unit was so helpful. If you are thinking of heading to SPI, definitely consider this property!
