Intimate low country Carriage House with gorgeous appointments!

Every positive review regarding this lovely home is spot on. We totally enjoyed our stay. Neighbors stopped to talk and all were very sweet. The gated community an added plus. Any questions we had were answered promptly by Lauren and Todd. Megan & Todd's welcome note was a sincere and sweet surprise (and so were the Charleston chews - so apropo) ! Any concerns or questions we had were answered promptly! Our stay was proof that Southern charm still lives on...the natural Southern way of being kind, witty, and considerate to everyone we encountered was heartwarming. Our trip was for a house hunting search, and we can't wait to go from being Northerners to Southerners. God bless one all who added to the wonderful time that we had in your neighborhood! Very nice gated entrance neighborhood.

This was a clean studio about 30 minutes away from the airport, Hilton Head and downtown Savannah. The stairs are a bit steep, so I might not recommend for older people or those with limited mobility. The room had everything that we needed, we would stay here again.

The host had excellent communication. The apt is nice but basic. Has necessary amenities but apt, yard and furniture need attention, clean up and updating. It was fine for what we needed but less than advertised.

Short family visit in the Bluffton area perfect location and lovely little apartment. Very satisfied

Never received communication from owner until we were in the subdivision looking for the house. We had to reach out to get check in information. It would have been nice to know that we were staying in a gated subdivision. Finally got location info and gate and key codes. House was ok. Furniture looked like it came from secondhand store or garage sales. House was comfortable enough.

From start to finish this place was great! Communication from the owner was super quick and super detailed! The house was clean and perfect for a little get away. The neighborhood was nice, we took a walk one night and everyone we came across said hello with a smile. Bed was comfortable, bath was nice and the kitchen has everything you need!

I am one to have a hard time feeling comfortable in places that are not my home. This carriage house gave the feeling of home and was cozy. Was just what my husband and I needed and close to where we needed to be. First thing I noticed when we arrived was the snacks on the counter. A little tray with granola bars and tea. I drank tea every morning. Second morning, noticed robes in the closet. Who wants to bring their own big robe? Was very nice to have. Having everything we needed away from home was provided so we did not have to buy anything. Can’t say enough about the property manager! He checked in on several occasions. We did not need to ever call him but knew he would be available to help if we did.

We opted to use VRBO to find a place to stay for our trip to Bluffton, SC. The Carriage house we selected looked like it would work well for us, and it did! It was clean, and very comfortable. It's located close to shops, restaurants and Old Town Bluffton. Our host, Tod was very responsive and great to work with. We'd definitley stay here again!

Tod was extremely responsive and provided a wonderful accommodation for our visit south to see some friends. We would return to this location!
