This private basement suite of 420 sq. ft. has been designed with comfort and convenience in mind, giving you a quiet retreat while staying close to all the excitement of Colorado Springs. Whether you’re here for work, a weekend getaway, or to explore the mountains, you’ll find everything you need for a relaxing stay.

The living space offers a cozy spot to unwind with comfortable seating and a Roku Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows. It’s the perfect place to relax after a day of hiking, sightseeing, or strolling through downtown.

️ Kitchenette & Dining

Prepare simple meals or morning coffee in the kitchenette equipped with a fridge, Keurig coffee maker, and microwave. A small dining table makes it easy to enjoy breakfast before heading out for the day or a casual dinner in.

Guests have the entire place to themselves. The property has 3 other units on it however all tenants are quite and respectful.



During your stay you will have access to the entire unit with it's own private exterior entry! We welcome you to feel at home during your stay and enjoy all the wonderful food and drinks just a few minutes away located all around the Downtown area!

Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.

⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late

Since this is a lower-level unit, please be aware that some noise from the upstairs residents may be audible, though strict quiet hours are in place. Additionally, access requires descending a flight of stairs and is not recommended for guests with limited mobility.

    Location and space were great. Views from the street and proximity to downtown were ideal. The host and staff were mostly professional in communication. However, we could hear everything that was happening upstairs. From footsteps to conversations to crying babies - we heard it all. Pretty okay stay.

    This was a nice affordable place for two people to stay. Bedroom and bathroom were nice. The kitchen and dining table area were perfect. If we had any issuesqe were able to call and get them fixed right away. We would highly recommend this olace to stay.
