Stayed Jun 5, 2025The problem was with the VRBO app as I wasnot receiving messages from the host; otherwise excellent & great location. And I had not had to do the government check-in to pay taxes at other places I had stayed in Italy

Stayed May 13, 2025Property was very clean and well stocked. Water pressure and bathroom was great. Very nice to have a balcony. Building and surrounding area were noisy, but we didn’t mind. Apartment is on a main road that led right into the historic area under a covered walkway the whole time. Not luxurious but very comfortable and truly felt like you were in Italy which was nice coming from America.

Stayed Mar 31, 2025We had a great stay in Bologna. The host was helpful and communicative. It was very comfortable and clean. The bedroom is in an upstairs loft with the bathroom on the first floor. I liked the location and within walking distance to Piazza Maggiore and lots of shopping. There is a park across the street. We had everything we needed. Would stay again!

Stayed May 27, 2024My husband and I had a wonderful stay! The apartment was exactly as described, close to shopping, restaurants, and just a short walk to the historic center. We had trouble accessing the building with the provided entry code and our host quickly responded and resolved our issue. He was helpful and responsive anytime we needed assistance. The apartment building has a working elevator, a rare feature in most apartment buildings in Italy. The bathroom is large with a full-size shower and tub combination. My husband is 6'2 and after showering in a kid-size shower in Rome, he was relieved to take a normal shower during our stay. The balcony offers a view of the main street and a park across the street. The large french doors helped keep the apartment cool during the warmer evenings. Overall, we loved our stay in this apartment and would absolutely stay here again!
