Indian Rocks Beach Unit - Steps from the Shoreline

This is perfect for a beach getaway for a couple or even a few couples if you rent all 3 condos. They even have beach towels and chairs. Right across the the beach and can walk to cute lottle Deli Cafe for breakfast bagels. We really loved sitting outside on the front porch in the rocking chairs in the morning and evening.

This was a perfect location for a wonderful beach vacation! Kristen, the host, was available for any questions, but we never needed to contact her. She communicated everything we needed in advance. The unit was pristinely clean with all the amenities necessary. There were very nice beach chairs to use at the beach. The outdoor space was great with plenty of seating to choose from. We would definitely stay here in the future as long as we aren’t traveling with our dog. There are no pets allowed. It would be a perfect place for pets because of the large fenced in area around this property. Anyway, if you aren’t traveling with your fur babies, you should definitely stay here! The bathtub could have nonskid stickers. A/C unit in bedroom was making strange noise. No curtains in kitchen window.

i enjoyed our stay although we couldnt figure out light fixtures, maybe the bulbs need to be changed, under the pull out sofa was pretty dirty, (not from us) and the monthly fire alarm check thats attached to door was last updated 05/25

We stayed during the week of the 4th of July! The stay was great. The location is an easy walk to the beach. The host does an amazing job at anticipating their guests needs. Great location, cozy quarters, great outdoor space, and well equipped for a comfortable stay!

Property was a very short walk across the street from the beach access. The property was clean and had everything we needed. Even provided chairs and umbrella for the beach. Host was easy to get a hold of and accommodating.

This is a yearly vacation my wife and I take to relax, it was perfect, steps from beach, great area, and very relaxing. Kristen, one of the owners was very nice and attentive even letting us know when a delivery was being made due to some Hurricane clean up efforts going on. Loved our stay!!

Beach access is right across the street. Quiet neighborhood. Compact condo with parking out front. Courtyard in back. Supplied beach towels which was a big help because they take up a lot of suitcase room if you have to bring your own. Plenty of towels and washcloths for bathroom. There was some construction going on across the street but could not hear it from condo as it sits back off the street. 30 minute drive from St. Pete’s/Clearwater airport and plenty of shopping opportunities between airport and condo.

Very easy to go to beach, restaurants and shopping. Place was very clean!

Lovely bungalow that had everything we needed and close to beach. Friendly atmosphere. Good food and shopping.

This property was great for 2 people, we enjoyed our time here. Having laundry available for use was very useful and the full kitchen!A few more basics could be included in the kitchen but other than that we enjoyed our stay here!

We went for New Years and was very clean, great location steps away from the public beach access. Great for couples and small family. We had mom dad and two little ones. We will be going back again.

Good location,very close to the beach,clean inside,bad the air condition is very bad,old and very noisy!The back yard not really clean,ready for turist visit.

Convenient location, includes all the necessities, even beach chairs. It was clean and nice getaway atmosphere. Good parking out front. It seemed a bit small at first glance, but we actually loved it and we intend to rent it again if we travel that way again.

Great stay, comfortable and clean property...

Wonderful property! There is parking if you rent a car. We did Uber and lots of places in walking distance. Beach is a short walk across the street. Management is great and easy communication. We had everything we needed, just had to get food and drinks. We will stay here again!

This property was so wonderful for our 6 night stay in Indian Rocks Beach. It was myself and my 2 daughter's ages 14 and 7. The propery was clean and well maintained. Kristen, the property manager, was so easy to communicate with and was quick with responses to questions when they arose. She even messaged to let us know when the property was cleaned and ready for our stay,which i greatly appreciated. The property's location directly across the street from the beach access made our daily trips to the beach an easy walk away. The neighborhood is quiet, and the way it is tucked back from the street really helped to cut back on the sounds from traffic. Would definitely stay here again with my girls, felt safe and it was perfect for our needs.
