Incredible Sprawling Parlor Flat on Gorgeous Square by Lucky Savannah

We will definitely be back and highly recommend this rental! :) The location is prime, we were able to be on foot everywhere b/c of the perfect location - up to River Street to Forsyth Park and many great restaurants... The rental was exactly like the listing. It is bright, homey, and large. Super clean - especially the bathrooms and kitchen (which are the first things I check). The back porch is a gem! It is private too. We had morning coffees and evening drinks there. Easy check-in and daily access. The communication from the property management team was outstanding! Fast, friendly, thorough and thru texting instead of a separate app, which was great. We needed help one night at about 11pm, and they were quick and helpful even at that hour.We also liked that there were fans provided. My only recommendation for this rental is a new mattress for the master bedroom. The one there was very thin and two clear 'channels' or indents where people sleep. Not very supportive, kind of worn and the mattress only on a wooden frame. The other bedroom appeared to have a thicker, newer mattress, but not the master. This wouldn't prevent us from renting again, but it'd be a nice update. 5 stars all around! Thank you Lucky Savannah!!

What a beautiful property in the heart of Savannah. I would highly recommend d this to anyone looking to stay a little bit inland from the River. I’ll be back for sure.

Wonderful Stay in the Heart of SavannahOur family of four (two adults, a 12-year-old, and a 4-year-old) had a wonderful stay at this charming parlor. The location was ideal — situated in the historic district, just steps from Forsyth Park and close to excellent restaurants. It felt safe and walkable, about a 25-minute stroll to downtown and the riverfront. The flat was well-appointed and had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Savannah.

Well-located, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped.A fantastic place for one couple or a family (couple + children), but I wouldn't recommend it as much if you're traveling with friends (two couples, for instance). The first room is fantastic and you'll have lots of privacy, but the second one is small, the door doesn't lock (and it has a huge gap), and its bathroom has a [shared] door with the living room, meaning that all noises from there will be heard from the living room.

Reviewer Comments: Overall, we loved the Parlor Flat at the Park House Parlor.The Parlor offered enough space for the three of us, especially with us all being tall people. The location is perfect for doing things locally--we spontaneously walked to many of the coffee shops and eateries. We also were able to walk to the RiverWalk, as that wasn't too far away. Parking was very easy for us. We were able to park right out front without any issues. The two concerns that we had were: 1) the strong smell upon entering the condo the first day. Most likely it is the cleaning supplies that the cleaning crew used. But, it was overpowering and I worried that the smell would be around for the entire time that we stayed there. I just got some air freshener and that solved the issue. The other issue is that main bedroom's mattress. It was not comfortable. It was like a futon-type mattress. It had a great size, but it is not supportive. I highly recommend that the property owner consider getting a different mattress. Other than these two issues that can be fixed, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had the best time listening to a live a band before across the street for a private event. Everyone in the area is friendly and it's a very calm and peaceful square. The home is perfect for 4 people, comfortable, clean, and the natural light from the large windows is gorgeous. Property management company is very responsive and locally managed.

Met and exceeded expectations

Can’t beat the location for the parks and great walks. Apartment was perfect. Loved that once inside was on the 1st floor. Everything was wonderful. Wish I had more time to just hang around! I will be back

Reviewer Comments: After reviewing hundreds of listings, this apartment was chosen for the excellent location on Monterey Square, at least four comfortable seats in the living room and dining table, two full bathrooms and pretty decor. Street parking availability is not a problem. (A reduced rate dashboard pass is available from the Bryan St Garage). Any questions that we had were answered promptly by Lucky Savannah, even outside of business hours. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!
