Incredible Riverfront Oasis with Wraparound Deck & Cozy Interior

This was an excellent property, very relaxing, comfortable. The view and deck was exceptional.

View of the bridge and river fantastic. Town had very little parking, so walking from the condo was perfect. Less than a minute to restaurants and coffee shop.

Lovely little oasis for a weekend getaway. Our stay was cozy and peaceful. We loved watching the river go by and the cute shopping and dining options just outside our door. We hope to come back!

This was a wonderful little condo right on the river in Old Town Florence. You are right next to shops and restaurants. We enjoyed getting out of hotels for 2 nights while we were on our road trip down the coast. It was nice having a washer and dryer right in the unit, as well as a well stocked kitchen. We would definitely stay there again.

Second time staying here. Great location close to shopping and restaurants. Had several great visits with family who live in the area and they all loved the view of the river. Kitchen is very well equipped for home cooked meals. Will stay here again!

This is a great location. We'd been doing a lot of driving and it was great to be able to park and walk to restaurants. The kitchen did seem well-equipped for cooking. The riverfront view is truly stunning, and chairs for relaxing on the deck were provided. We would definitley stay here again!

Riverviews were excellent. private parking right in front the unit is very nice. Clean and well equipped.

What a great view! We loved sitting on the deck watching the river, fisherman, birds and even a seal!

Location is fabulous. Watching the fishing and crab boats is fun. Loved the tide changes and watching the chicken exploring.Loved the coffee and pastry shop right next door. Plus the fabulous restaurants i very close waking distance.Also, received a text that we could check in much earlier because the unit was ready!

Property had spectacular view. Very clean. Couches were very uncomfortable and TV was horrible. Not convenient for cpap machines Key locks wouldn’t work to get key. Had to use door key pad each time. Water leaked down blinds when it rained. And each time I reached out to discuss issue I talked to somebody totally different. Won’t be staying at that location again.

This place is wonderful with lots of windows. Super clean and convenient to downtown. Just what we needed. Thank you!

Beautiful condo if Florence! Walk to everything in old town. Condo was immaculate and the views of the river and sand dunes were outstanding!

We love this location! This is a perfect location for visits to Florence. This is our 3rd stay and plan on visiting again. Steps away from restaurants and cute shops.

An amazing location in downtown- you don’t need to leave for any reason. Shopping & a variety of restaurants all within a few minutes walk. The deck was amazing to sit & read & watch the fishing boats go in & out; hands down the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed; lovely , luxurious furniture. I hope I get the opportunity to stay here again!

Loved the location by the riverfront downtown area. There were so many shops and restaurants to explore that we never got bored. Also liked that the condo has a dedicated parking spot for your stay. The condo was sufficient for two people. It wasn't very big, but it had a great view of the river and bridge. It also had a nice outdoor deck for enjoying a cold beverage and watching the tides change.

Nice location, plus excellent views of the river, seals, bird life, and fishing and crabbing boats. Well-equipped kitchen — we eat in a lot.

We were pleasantly surprised when we opened the door to our River View condo. The room was clean, well kept the furniture was pleasant and comfortable. And, we had every amenity that we would need. The view of the bridge is spectacular and the balcony gives you a 270° view of the Siuslaw river. We were in contact with a Vacasa representative and they got us the answers to our questions almost immediately. We will definitely come back next year if we can.

Being on riverfront, very scenic, great birdwatching, relaxing, fun location! Within walking distance to restaurants, a coffee shop, art galleries, and short drives to great hikes/beaches. Perfect!

Worried about the bridge location but it was not a problem at all. Lots of windows, nice views. Great to step outdoors into the charming historic district. VACASA was not responsive to a problem at all when the freezer door handle fell,off. Other than that a great place to stay

Enjoyable 2 days. Nice accommodations that met expectations. Well located in Old Town Florence. Enjoyed watching the seals and birds hunt for fish. Would, and probably will, book again.

Stayed here several times and never disappointed. The condo is very nice in old town Florence.
