The space
Location:
We are located in the heart of Hollywood Beach, a short 7 minutes drive/bike to the beach and boardwalk. Easy walk to downtown hollywood for grocery shopping, diverse restaurants and nightlife entertainment. The free city trolley runs every 10 minutes and will take you around downtown and to the beach. Bike rental at the beach or downtown.

Sleeping arrangement:
Entry floor has queen size orthopaedic bed, brand new and guarantees sound sleep. Loft is on second floor and has queen size hotel grade bed. Both areas have television and allows privacy among guests

The Kitchennette:
Equipped with a fridge,small burner, microwave, coffee machine, and toaster. Cutlery and cooking utensils are at your disposal so you have everything you need to prepare the perfect meals.

The Dining/Workstation:
Drop leaf dining table with four seats included which can be swiped for executive rolling chairs. Please let us know if you need workspace accomodation

Outdoor Patio:
Enjoy our fun outdoor space with two long chaise and a hammock. Its time to breath and unwind. You are welcome to use our grill too.

Laundry:
High capacity washer/dryer. Use of laundry is available once or twice per week. Laundry is shared with main house.

Parking:
Totally free. Bring your boat too!

There is room ample room for us to share and its free.

Neighborhood:
Hollywood beach is a gem of a city: quiet, safe with great neighbors. The best part is that its highly accessible from Miami or Fort Lauderdale. Hard Rock casino is a stone throw away. Fort lauderdale airport is 10 min away.

Other things to note
The hollywood Beach and boardwalk is 7 minutes drive by car. Downtown hollywood is an easy walk away. There are grocery stores, restaurants and nightlife within walking distance
