Beautiful setting, the perfect get away! Very peaceful, the apartment was lovely with nice decor and everything we needed for our stay.I had booking issues, the host went out of her way to fix the problem to the best of her abilities

We loved the peaceful setting soft sounds of the river. Very thoughtfully appointed, most comfortable beds ever! The only complaint we have, as my partner is nearly 75 years-old, is we would highly recommend a handrail on the steps down to unit. Otherwise it was quite lovely. Would definitely stay again. Bring movies if you like, because the internet connection is spotty & streaming services tend to lag.

We stayed here before a very long hike in the Seven Devils. It was calm, quiet, and perfect for our night to relax. We enjoyed eating dinner outside and having the AC to sleep well at night! Definitely recommend!!!

I’ve stayed here several time, and every time has been perfection. It’s the perfect size for a single person or a couple. Sitting on the patio and just breathing in the fresh air, as the river flows by, is the setting for a perfect retreat away from the city. When a storm comes through the canyon, it’s magical! If you find yourself traveling to or through Riggins, I highly suggest making this your go to stay!

This our 4th stay at this wonderful apartment overlooking the Salmon River. We enjoyed the deer and turkeys hanging out under trees across the river. A wonderful steakhouse just block away that is pet friendly on the patio. A great home base for side trips to the Seven Devils or along the Salmou. We will return.

We were just there overnight, but it's a wonderful place. Cute, clean, we'll stocked. Adorable. Highly recommended!Oh, and despite it being a SUPER hot day, the place was cool when we arrived - bonus!

Perfect cabin like home right on River! Located right in middle of town, we walked to all the restaurants, shops, and bar. Nicely decorated with all the amenities you need. There was a power strip with USB ports in the bedroom that they need to replace because it doesn’t work so I couldn’t charge anything, but other than that, perfect!! Bring a power box to charge your phones. Water pressure was fabulous.

We had a bit of a challenge getting the door to open but the property was awesome once we did. So quiet all you can hear is the river and you don't even know you are in a town. The beds are super comfy. The view is awesome. Only thing is the path to the lower deck is a tough one for anyone with knee or hip issues. The stairs are a bit of a big step and there are a few rocks that are wobbly. But for the hearty ones, once you get down there you will want your sleeping bag to sleep there!

Gathered at the Hideaway for some important human connections needed to usher in the new season! It felt like we were at the center of The Universe!

This is a quaint, comfortable and inviting place. We thoroughly enjoyed our yearend getaway. The view is also outstanding.

Very nice and private place in back of the duplex overlooking the Salmon River. The two restaurants and saloons and the grocery store are all within one block. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Loved it! Was very comfortable and relaxing. Only downside was seem to run out of hot water when needing it. But other than that it was amazing.

The only problem with the place, was the hundreds of little centepedes who came through the floor boards that we had to vaccume up every mornin

This is the 2nd time, I’ve stayed here and I can’t say enough. Sitting on the patio with a cup of coffee in the mornings, and a glass of wine in the evenings, while watching the river flow by, is magical. It’s not huge, but perfect for a single traveler or a couple; one bedroom with 2 beds. The added bonus is that it’s dog friendly! You can walk to everything. It’s quiet and truly a unique little place that I highly recommend.

The neighbors above this unit were partying and stomping around right above our beds until 2am. They were not quiet at all. The place is nice, but be warned that you may not get any sleep.

Super cute place centrally located. Appears exactly as advertised. Recommend and would stay again. Thank you for being excellent hosts!
