In Town Villas- Suite 2 | On Main St. | Private Hot Tub

Very convenient and great stay and amenities.

On the Main Street, historic building, private balcony with a hot tub-perfect location for our first visit to Fredericksburg! We highly recommend Unit Two. It is at the back of the building and therefore, a bit of the road noise is filtered. The height of the bed does require using the provided steps but it is very comfortable. We will definitely stay there again.

The only downside is that you have to fight for parking as it is on the main Street and doesn't have its own parking. So it's street park ;/

Love. The new Shower!!! that’s was my only complaint about this property you listened to it’s perfect now.

The location is amazing! This was our second time staying there. My only recommendations would be to add a door to the bathroom and swap out the footed tub/shower for a regular shower. The tub is a bit unstable to stand in and not necessary for the enjoyment of the suite.

Perfect location everything good. Needs new shower/tub. Code for street level door needs to be in text. Enjoyed our night. Second time at this suite will return

Hot Tub, location

Only issue was with the mini-split A/C in the bedroom. It kept making a snapping sound when the vent opened and closed. It would do it every couple minutes or so.

The property is older, you just be able to walk steep steps, but it’s a quant space. Has everything one needs for a weekend in or right in town to go any place within walking distance. Store below starts their music at 10, so as long as that isn’t a problem, it works! Bathroom could use some additional cleaning. Cleaners obviously don’t go through all drawers as someone’s medications were left. Love being able to leave out the back, but you have to come in through the front. It would have been helpful to sue both for entry or exit. Over all super comfortable! We will be back!

This place was perfect for us. The accommodations were great. The Jacuzzi was absolutely spotless and worked perfectly. Which we appreciate very much. My wife had one request and that is I tell you that you need a full length mirror for getting dressed. Thank you for a great stay!

Fantastic location, notwithstanding difficult parking at arrival. Cool old building, comfy cozy place to say. The hot tub was a great way to relax after walking around Fredericksburg all day. The only downside is the bath/shower. It’s quite tight space with the curtain closed and I m an average sized dude, so I imagine it’s all the more squeezy for anyone above 6’ and larger than a 42” jacket. Otherwise we loved the convenience to everything including coffee and breakfast the next morning and loved being in the heart of downtown. Great place to stay.

We were not impressed. There were black hairs in the bathroom (we both have lighter hair). It was noisy and hot. Smelled musty. The bed was extremely hard and not comfortable. Parking was a nightmare. Overall, it was not good value for the money we spent. Extremely over priced.

Great location right downtown with easy access to stores and restaurants. You enter on Main Street and go up one flight of stairs and into your well appointed suite with decor from local stores. Walk outside you have a private patio and hot tub area. Clawfoot tub was a nice touch!
