Inside, the apartment includes:

A comfortable living room with a 3-seater sofa, large television and dining area
Two bedrooms, each with its own shower room, allowing each guest to enjoy their own space and maximum comfort
A separate toilet located in the hallway
A fully equipped contemporary kitchen: oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, crockery and a Nespresso machine
A furnished courtyard with table, chairs and electric barbecue

Household linen is provided: sheets, towels, bath mats and tea towels.

Upon arrival, you will find a welcome kit including the following essentials, not replenished during the stay:

Security deposit:

A €500 card pre-authorisation will be requested the day before your arrival. It covers any damage, loss or failure to comply with the rental conditions, such as damage, insufficient cleaning, exceeding the number of guests, etc.

This deposit does not limit the tenant’s liability in the event of higher damages.

Any incident must be reported within 4 hours of arrival or as soon as it is noticed, with supporting photos.

The deposit is automatically released within the week following your departure, provided that no issue is found.

Access to the accommodation is subject to validation of this deposit.

We remain available 7 days a week by phone, SMS or messaging throughout your stay.

We pay particular attention to cleanliness and the quality of your experience in order to ensure a smooth and pleasant stay.

Recent works carried out in mid-October 2025, including soundproofing and general refurbishment, have significantly improved the comfort and quietness of the accommodation.

Check-in will be self check-in.

The accommodation is available from 3:00 p.m.

Check-out is before 10:00 a.m.

For any request for early or late arrival, the request must be made no later than the day before arrival before 6:00 p.m. It will be accepted depending on the availability of the accommodation.

    The apartment presented well and is true to the pictures. The apartment is probably best for one couple or a family as the rooms and baths are not equal and there is not a great deal of privacy as the glass wall shower is open to the living space and the second bedroom's pocket door does not close fully. The courtyard is lovely. Communication was good prior to our stay through check in but fell apart when we made a request for additional towels. We were provided with one bath towel per adult for our entire stay and one bathmat for two bathrooms. I requested a handtowel for the sinks to use after using the toilet facilities and was told that only one towel is provided. I could not seem to communicate the fact that both bathrooms were not fully equipped and my emails remained unanswered. The sheet in the second bedroom were not clean though they appeared to have been laundered. A sticky residue that could be picked off was in several areas. My request for a call about that matter to get a different sheet was not answered. I dont believe we should be expected to launder a sheet and wait for it to dry naturally . A very musty smell permeated the second bedroom throughout our stay and I dicovered a pile of wet towels shoved under the bed when we were packing to leave. Much can be forgiven with good communication . Do to the response to what we felt were simple requests, I would not stay in this unit again.

    The location is absolutely perfect! Directly on the port with easy access to everything!! Very clean with a lovely patio and equipped kitchen.
