Stayed Dec 20, 2025This location is in the middle of everything; dining, shopping, take away, bus stop, points-of-interest, etc. The owner's representative Alex was particularly helpful. The underground parking spot is a short walk, but very secure.

Stayed May 30, 2025Old world Italian feel to this unit and very warm and comfy. You step out of the entry way and you can take see the waterfront on the right and the lovely pedestrian only shopping area by the Church. Restaurants everywhere and the ferry is across the street. Such a walkable town and we took the train every day to different villages including the Cinque Terre area.

Stayed May 21, 2025A fabulous position on the waterfront but a little noisy unless you made sure the shutters were closed.A bit tight in the main bedroom - a bed without protruding bars to knock against would improve it.Lovely sitting room with very comfortable sofas.Overall a great place to stay in a beautiful town on the Ligurian Coast

Stayed Sep 28, 2024This was a great stay for our family of four adults in a fantastic location. The apartment is large and comfortable, and has a wonderful view overlooking the lively waterfront. It is a second floor apartment that has a lift for easier accessibility. Would recommend and would stay again on our next trip to Santa Margherita.

Stayed Jul 14, 2023By far the best about this property is the location in the middle of everything. Alex was very responsive - acted quickly and was helpful. The interior is not very attractive but serviceable. The biggest problem is the A/C. Four bulky, very noisy, not very efficient units -- two in the living area and one in each of two bedroom -- nothing in the the third BR and no A/C in the kitchen. I would come back if A/C is fixed and otherwise would only recommend the place in cooler weather that don't need A/C.
