There were a few teething problems, which in all fairness, were quickly put right once we told the owners, but we felt that with a bit more attention to detail at changeover, the problems could have been avoided. I would add that if tenants mentioned any problems to the property owners at the time of their stay, it gives the owners a chance to rectify it asap and before the next tenants arrive.
