    Beautiful condo. Clean, beachy, contemporary. Excellent location. The building's shared balcony offers amazing views! Pass-A-Grille is truly a beautiful beach. Parked the car and never moved it for the weekend. Comfy bed!

    It is very unpleasant for me to give this such a distasteful review but I must warn you. I took my mom for a getaway and we were astonished at the filth. The place was grossly dirty and everything was done to a bare minimum. One trash bag for 5 days just so many things. I wouldn't be caught dead walking barefoot in here—lots of bugs flying around. The bathroom, I read reviews until 2021 about the bathroom so I thought...he must have done something about it by now. Nope, hair, filth, and just not a clean feeling. I had to wear my shoes in the shower sadly. The rugs, and the couch just gross. The location is perfect but certainly not worth it for the quality of the room you get.

    Location is perfect. Building with many units was surprisingly quiet. The bathroom is frankly horrific - never renovated, literally a nook, shower doesn't fit adults, tile painted over and peeling.

    Cute little place! It’s nothing fancy but worth what I paid! I remember seeing a review before I booked the condo of someone complaining the fridge leaks inside and shower is rough. And when I went both of the issues were not repaired. But I had a great time alone! Plus the condo has beach chairs, floaties, and a beach umbrella which is a HUGE bonus!!

    Always a wonderful stay! PAG is our quiet beach retreat. The Under the Lights block party on 8th was a blast and we met so many locals and visitors! See ya in the spring.

    We loved this adorable little condo. So close to everything. We sat on the peaceful upstairs balcony each morning with our coffee. We brought our bikes and rode them everywhere! We played pickle ball at the courts up the street. They had a beach Yoga class I took on a Sunday. Getting to the beach was so easy and we appreciated having the chairs and umbrella in the guest closet. Paradise Grill was a great place to get breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks all while listening to great music and looking at the beautiful water. It was so relaxing and lovely. We will be back!

    PERFECT LOCATION! The room is very spacious and newly remodeled. Very nice deck upstairs with plenty of seating. Bathroom is small and shower is very tiny. If they changed shower head to a rain shower head it would probably be much better. We had a few minor issues but Jake was very responsive and all was taken care of quickly. We would definitely stay again. Does have street parking, we had no problem getting a spot but certain times of the year parking could be problematic. Hurricane restaurant is a must for grouper sandwich!

    This is a great property for the price. If you’re going to stay in Pass-a-grille THIS is the place to stay. It is right beside the only restaurants and businesses in the town (Although there are a lot of them a few miles down the road on the main strip). We were in unit #1 and it was perfect for what we needed. Literally on the beach and they even have a private balcony with lots of chairs (For customers that are staying on this property) that you can enjoy beach views from. The only drawback we had was the water pressure in the shower was low but I would 100% stay here again. Our room was clean, close to the beach, and an amazing value compared to some of the other places, we looked at in the St Pete Beach area. Pass-a-grille is a little town that is a hidden gem (Very chill and not crowded) and is literally beside the main strip of St Pete Beach. This property is a 10/10. If you’re on the fence about this place, just DO IT! You will not be disappointed at all.

    Location was great. This beach town is a hidden gem. The condo was spacious enough for two guest, anymore would be a bit crammed. The bed was comfy and yes the bathroom is small but it's manageable. We got ready in the living room. Few suggestions ; Ask for more towels before you check in , shower shoes are a good idea to not track sand on your feet after showering. The restaurants near by had great food and the beach grill was tasty. You will enjoy your time here. The owner was kind to accommodate a few request of ours.

    Love the second floor balcony with great view. Perfect location right next to food, bar, coffee, and ice cream
