We are in the Rione Monti, the oldest and most vibrant in Rome.

The space

The architect has been able to make the most of every single environment in terms of functionality and aesthetics. Appreciable design elements such as the Constanza floor by Luceplan, the Mixer Armchairs by Flexform and some limited pieces from the Alessi collection. On the walls are the works of contemporary painter Gino di Prospero.



KITCHEN



Fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave oven, toaster, electric kettle. There's a four-person table for breakfast or small snacks.



ROOM WITH BALCONY



In the room stands out the warm brick vaulted floor. We find a large table with chairs for six guests, a comfortable double sofa bed, a single armchair. To the wall flat screen TV with Amazon Fire Stick. From the living area you can access the balcony with a table and two chairs, ideal for a coffee in the morning or for a glass of wine in the evening.



FIRST BEDROOM



From the living room three steps lead to the sleeping area where there is a first bedroom with double bed, very large, with open wardrobe and refined furnishings.



IMPORTANT 1: The room is not separated from the room with a door.



IMPORTANT 2: The room does not have windows but takes natural light from the windows of the room. An effective professional ventilation and ventilation system (as well as air conditioning and heat pumps) has been created



SECOND BEDROOM



The adjacent bedroom, with entrance door, is equipped with two single beds. At the request of the guest, strictly to be indicated before check-in, they can go to make a cozy double bed with a memory foam topper.



IMPORTANT 3: This room also has no windows but is equipped with a professional ventilation and ventilation system (as well as air conditioning and heat pumps).



The absence of natural light in the sleeping area has been obviated by the skilful work of the architect through a sophisticated lighting system that runs along all the walls.

Self check-in is available.

Check-in after 21:00 has an extra cost of 35 euros, while they are always free with the self check-in system ( even after 21:00).
