Great hotel

Location is very good .. but property needs more attention wasn’t cleaned well.. a lot of issues with elevator

It took over an hour to check in but otherwise great stay. One of the toilets was clogged. Our host sent someone the next day to fix. Great location, walked to the beach. Very nice condo.

Be cautious using this property owner. Lack of communication. We requested early check in front desk said unit wouldn’t be ready until 4pm so early check in wasn’t available But property owner charged our card for early check in wouldn’t respond to text messages or Vrbo message center. Then said room was left unclean however we were not given any instructions on exit. Nice resort terrible owner

Booked for a quick weekend with the kids. The views, accommodations and service truly amazing.

WARNING: You will get hit with an additional admin fee ($375) that doesn't show up in the price breakdown with other fees, even though it says final cost. When I booked, it actually said NO HIDDEN FEES. The admin fee was added on to subsequent invoices I received. I tried to fight it but VRBO was no help and the property basically had me by the teeth so I had to pay. This almost effectively doubled my room rate so keep that in mind when comparing to other properties. Very shady business practice. They told me it was listed in the property description, but it was buried among a litany of legalese so I was under the impression they were referring to the fees that were already listed because it clearly said NO HIDDEN FEES at the price breakdown with the other fees. Apart from that, the property was amazing. Our room was on the 21st floor with an amazing view. Room and bathrooms were clean, balcony was huge, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The elevator situation needs to be corrected, you might get lucky and get right to your floor, or have to wait 20 minutes. I believe there were 4 elevators but 2 were out of service during a busy weekend so much time was spent in a crowded elevator. The pool area was nice but if a pool bar is important to you, just know their bar is as big as a large restroom with no seating. All that said, I would consider staying here again if only it weren't for those pesky hidden fees. Next time I will look elsewhere.

Apt was great. Very clean, great view with amenities. Pool area was beautiful & the parking was great, never had to wait too long for our car. Area is great, you can walk to stores. Only problem were the elevators from Thursday to Sunday when majority of people come.

Check in was terrible front desk was totally incompetent. When we left at 4 am the people next door were having a huge fight but other than those 2 incidents everything else was great

This is a beautiful property that looks exactly as pictured in the listing. The rooms are very modern and the views and amenities are great. Beware, however, that the cost is actually DOUBLE what is listed as the per night rate on VRBO. There are an outrageous number of Resort Fees that must be paid before check-in. These fees double your overall nightly rate. So when comparing this to other properties you should be comparing this to properties with double the rate that comes up when you search on VRBO.
