HYDE BEACH HOUSE DELUXE SUITES - B

This was a very disappointing stay. The biggest issue was pricing. There were nearly 1,000 in additional fees that were not clearly shown upfront and were only visible if you expanded the listing. The total cost was much higher than expected, and I would not have booked had it been clear.Communication was unreliable. The host would initiate texts but stop responding when I asked questions. On the day of check-in, it took multiple attempts to get basic information. During the stay, I reached out about several issues and either received no response or no resolution.The unit itself had problems. The shower was dirty and had someone else’s hair in it. Multiple items did not work, including lights and the bedroom TV, so we ended up watching shows on an iPad instead.The only positive was the resort staff, who were kind and helpful. Unfortunately, the rental experience itself fell far below expectations, and I would not stay at this property again.

Great location, have enjoyed coming to Hyde for several years. That being said, we knew what to expect but this spring break was the worst experience of all. Be prepared to wait 20-45 min for elevators. The pool area was great as always, easy beach access is a plus. The room needed a better cleaning. The listing is inaccurate, read the fine print. There will be a 3rd charge presented to you by the host before your arrival. The host up charges for parking and resort fees. If you stay more than 6 days, I would encourage you to book thru HYDE directly. You will get the discounted rate for parking and resort fees. After all the extra fees the host tacked on, I could have gotten a 2 bedroom for about the same rate.

Given that it is spring break time of year the pool was quite busy on the 6th floor but I was still able to find a chair and enjoy itMy room was facing the canal side but the view was absolutely beautiful day and night

This was generally a nice place, but candidly not worth the money. You can find better places for cheaper in the area. Biggest issues were the elevators took forever (at times waiting ten minutes to catch an elevator down) and the room was not the cleanest; countertops still had gunk on them, stains on the couch, rugs, curtains, throw pillow, etc. The location was good, short walk up the beach. The pools were really nice and gym had everything you could possibly need. The bed was comfortable. The shower was big, clean and had good water pressure. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves, just wouldn't go back at this price level.

Great hotel

Location is very good .. but property needs more attention wasn’t cleaned well.. a lot of issues with elevator

It took over an hour to check in but otherwise great stay. One of the toilets was clogged. Our host sent someone the next day to fix. Great location, walked to the beach. Very nice condo.

Be cautious using this property owner. Lack of communication. We requested early check in front desk said unit wouldn’t be ready until 4pm so early check in wasn’t available But property owner charged our card for early check in wouldn’t respond to text messages or Vrbo message center. Then said room was left unclean however we were not given any instructions on exit. Nice resort terrible owner

Booked for a quick weekend with the kids. The views, accommodations and service truly amazing.
