Please be mindful before confirming your booking:
Please note that for bookings of 7 nights or more, electricity is charged separately based on actual usage (₹12 per unit).
For a week, it usually costs around ₹300–₹800. Meter readings will be shared at check-in and check-out.

While we adore pets, managing their hygiene can pose challenges and may cause discomfort to other guests. Therefore, we kindly request that you refrain from bringing pets along. Smoking and hosting parties are strictly prohibited.

For security purposes, there is an external camera monitoring the premises; however, there are no cameras installed inside the apartment. As per government regulations and for the safety of all guests, we require identification before check-in. Your understanding and compliance are appreciated.
