We have stayed at this complex 4 times and this unit was by far the most dated and dirty. The plumbing was terrible. They couldn’t even put the same kind of light bulbs in ceiling fan lights and dining room light fixture. The directions for electronics were not updated so they were difficult to manage. The one key to enter unit lock box was very annoying. Prefer keg less entry systems.

Stayed for a month. Very nice unit. Owner was very responsive. Great pool area. A little far from Duvall without a car or bike.

The property was exactly as advertised. The proximity to the beach was superb. Joe, the property owner was very helpful and accommodating.

Beautiful property, wonderful amenities, breathtaking views. Such a memorable experience for my loved ones!

Our first week was great. The condo had a beautiful, large, patio right on the water which was the hi light of the condo. The pool area is very nice and some family members staying in a different condo enjoyed the workout room. The condo is nice but does need updating. We were enjoying our stay. Then came week two. My wife was sitting on the patio when all of a sudden an orange trash chute came flying down from above. It scared her. We had noticed a few days earlier a dumpster was dropped off right below our patio but thought it was for landscape trimming. Soon after the chute dropped debris from the condo 3 floors up came crashing down the chute to the dumpster. We put up with that and pounding and loud noise for the next 5 days. I notified the owner and it seemed as though he didn’t know. Nothing was done. We rented the condo months in advance and we should have been notified about the this. Our granddaughter had just got engaged and we were going to have a brunch and celebrate the occasion. Overall….disappointed by not being notified because we would have rented something else.

Tremendous property. Excellent location. Owner very helpful with where to go/ what to do. We didn't want to leave the property- but did to see the sights. Will definitely return. We had a great time!

Key West is a compact community, quite densely populated, so to have this condo where you are totally unaware of the people around you as you gaze out through any window in the condo is the best feature of all. Each of the 3 bedrooms and the living room have stunning views of water, horizon and mangroves! The wrap around balcony serves as such a large private outside space to dine at and lounge in, read and watch the sunsets and cruise ships in the distance. It also faces the mangrove nature preserve only feet away. Butterflies, birds and iguanas abound. The common area of the garden, pool & hot-tub together with the sandy beach shoreline (too shallow to be a swimming beach) are beautiful places to relax. A short stroll to Smathers Beach will get you to a more bathing beach. Having an undercover, secure parking space with room for several bikes is a scarce feature in Key West. The location is a bike ride from the main activities around Duval St, Uber is on the island as well as a bus stop outside the property. There is a small convenience store a very short distance away, so you could get by without a car for long periods. The condo is most attractive and well supplied with the convenience of washer/dryer and 4 TV viewing areas. It is comfortable inside, chic but not too glossy. It is only steps away from the pool and only 1 flight up so stair access is quicker than waiting for the elevator. It is a very solid building so noise was never a problem. The owner was quick to respond to items that needed attention. Internet was good once it was updated to a new Xfinity router and would be received well in all the rooms. I would recommend this condo to friends should they travel to Key West, even though it was somewhat overly expensive.

I use a manual wheelchair, and since the wheels will sink in soft sand, my husband and I never considered a beach vacation but this oceanfront condo changed our minds. This condo stands out from the rest because of its ideal location. It’s on the first floor overlooking a strip of white beach that’s right in front of the ocean, so I could sit in my wheelchair on its lengthy balcony and have a fun beach experience like I was sitting directly on the sand. Every day we were entertained by acrobatic jet skiers, parasailers, and windsurfers, and all kinds of boats, including huge ocean liners, sailed by. And from the balcony, I even got a “farmer’s tan”! Because this condo is a corner unit that wraps around the southwest side of the building, it’s very private and peaceful. Plus, it overlooks a bird sanctuary so a variety of birds (not seagulls) would sit in the nearby palm trees. We especially enjoyed watching the hawks successively grab fish out of the ocean, and seeing the pelicans do their ungraceful head-first dive for fish always made us chuckle. Also, on a nearby palm tree we spotted a large iguana that I nicknamed “Igor” because of its scary appearance. This condo is part of a complex that is impeccably maintained inside and out. At its center, there’s a beautiful tropical garden with a wide variety of flora. I especially admired the colorful orchards. Also, within the garden there are inviting sitting areas, charcoal grills, and picnic tables. The adjoining pool and spa area is kept spotless and the water was always crystal clear; however, there isn’t a handicap pool lift so I was unable to enter the pool or spa which was my only disappointment. The owner is a delight to work with. He listened to my special needs and determined correctly that his condo would be a perfect spot for me, so because of our wonderful stay at Joe’s condo my husband and I have a new love---the beach! Consequently, we hope to return to this wonderful condo often.

My time in Key West was absolutely wonderful. I brought my sister and my brother with me for some much needed sibling bonding. This apartment let us rest, relax and play some board games. We all had our own bedrooms of course I got the Master Bedroom which was in itself a treat, but this condo has plenty of space for much more then three people, maybe more like eight. With this apartment ever single room has a wrap around views that is incredible from sun raises to sun sets. Key West is mostly sunny but the view from windows of this apartment is breathtaking. I had such a pleasure to open my eyes at morning and see the ocean as the very first thing...everyday. The view from the balcony is on ocean and nature reserve, it is amazing. This condo is also close everything KEY WEST.... with Duval Street being minutes away of course we hit the town for food, drinks and awesome night life, and had fun going from bar to bar feeling really care fee! We also took one of those sail boat tours which was really a cool thing to do. Key West is perfect combination of everything...is it places where is easy to shop, go to beautiful restaurant or to one of the little cuban places with the best coffee ever .....I like the style, no one makes big deal about things. I always have such a good time when I go there. And I always stay at this condo too if it is available, It's huge and comfortable. Parking is very close and all property is well secure. I liked the area in gardens where is really big pool and jacuzzi with plenty chairs and space. Everything is always clean. In every room was flat screen TV, what more can you want!!!! -Maribel
