Spacious one-bedroom apartment set over two levels, located in the heart of Bologna, in the charming Santo Stefano district, one of the city’s most characteristic and well-served areas, with shops, cafés, restaurants, and local amenities nearby. The location is also convenient for reaching the Rizzoli Hospital.



The apartment opens onto a bright living area with a well-equipped kitchenette, including a dishwasher, oven, and microwave. Theliving space also features a TV, a collection of movie DVDs available for guests, and a comfortable double sofa bed. The adjacent bathroom is complete with toilet, bidet, sink, and shower box.



An internal staircase leads to the lower level, where the bedroom is located and furnished with two single beds. Please note that the bedroom on the lower level does not have a door. A second service bathroom is also available on this level.



The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi with an extender to provide better signal coverage. Bed linen, towels, toilet paper, and a small personal hygiene kit are provided for the stay.



Check-in is possible only from 3PM.

Instructions for key collection will be sent on the day of check-in. The instructions will be provided ONLY IF you will complete the online check-in, through a link that we will send you by email the day before your arrival. You will be asked to enter your personal information (the communication of guest information is MANDATORY in Italy for security reasons).
