Housing León- Barrio Húmedo (Plaza del Grano)

Really enjoyed my week here. The owners were really helpful and communicative when I had questions. The place was very clean and comfortable

We greatly enjoyed the apartment. It is well designed, spacious, had all the items you may need (including kitchen, closets, towels, etc). It's quiet and comfortable. It is located in one of the greatest areas of Leon. A few steps away from the main area of Barrio Humedo, another 2mn walk to the Plaza Mayor and 5-7mn from the Cathedral. Perfect location and apartment. The only cons (not the owners's fault), but for folks to be aware of, is that it's in a pedestrian area. You can't access it by car. It's about a 5mn walk from the closest drivable area. Also, it is on the 2nd floor (which is 3rd floor in Spain as ground floor is floor 0), with no elevator. This would not have been a problem for us, except that my 82 year old dad was with us and walks with a cane, so the fact I could not drop him off by the door and then he had to go up 3 floors, was challenging. The web description covered these items, but I did not realize about the pedestrian streets. There could be a possibility of driving and dropping off in front of the door of the apt., but its a private pedestrian street for residents (they can park there) and you need a special pass to even get in. When I realized there was a possibility of dropping my dad off with the car, I took the risk of driving through these private streets. Up to you to take the risk. The last con was that you had to pick up the keys in another location. I never had to do that before in VRBO. Inconvenient. Other places bring you the keys.

Buen apartamento familiar y excelente ubicación para moverse por León

Laura fue muy amable desde el primer momento, nos dio muchas recomendaciones, incluso nos dejo entrar al alojamiento unas horas antes. La casa es muy acogedora, camas muy comodas, la cocina muy bien equipada, tv grande y en el centro de la ciudad. Repetiría sin lugar a dudas. Gracias Laura :)

Todo perfecto, ninguna queja

Apartamento reformado con excelente ubicación. La comunicación con Laura genial, todo perfecto. Si vuelvo a León lo reservaria sin duda alguna.

The apartment was clean and spacious. Enjoyed the SmartTV with Netflix— a BIG plus! The place had a small kitchen to cook meals and washing machine with space to hang and dry clothes. The place is well equipment with everything you’d need and within a close walking distance to attractions. I would highly recommend for those walking the Camino, it is a slice of home/luxury for any pilgrim!

Great location, very well equipped and very comfortable apartment.

La ubicación del apartamento es perfecta, en el barrio húmedo pero en una calle alejada del ruido. Al no poder acceder en coche a esta calle, el parking más cercano queda un poco alejado si cargas con varias maletas, y está en un segundo piso sin ascensor. Por lo demás, el apartamento es muy cómodo, bien equipado y limpio. La entrega de llaves es en una oficina y te lo facilitan bastante, con parking para acceder a la recogida gratuito.

El apartamento es perfecto, se ha hecho una reforma perfecta, pensando en todo tipo de detalles .Súper limpio, acogedor y muy bien situado.Hemos estado muy bien , y sin duda si pasamos por leon repetiremos.Hay que decir que por las noches si eres de las personas que necesita silencio absoluto, no te lo aconsejo ya que se escucha el murmullo de la gente, que es lo más normal del mundo ya que estás en la zona de ocio de leon .Pero nada exagerado , cerrando las ventanas desaparece .
