He introduced himself to me a week before check in, he sent photos and clear instructions on check in early day of so I would know what to do upon arrival without further help, and he checked in with me on check out day to make sure everything was in alignment. I was very impressed by his organization, and the place itself was a wonderful staycation for me and my boyfriend. Very private, clean, cute, and set up for all the comforts we needed. Five stars well earned.
