Stayed Jun 10, 2026Property was clean. Stay was great. I will say, I didn't know it was a shared outdoor space when it comes to amenities. I would've liked that to be more clear, but overall, we enjoyed it.

Stayed May 24, 2026Spa isn't very warm, I assume for liability reasons. Rooms were very nice and comfortable. Outdoor grill worked great and was nice to use. It is a multi-unit rental so there may be other families using the hotub and grill. We personally were able to use them whenever we wanted. Location is 10-15 min away from all the major sites in San Diego. Would absolutely stay again.

Stayed May 18, 2026We had an excellent stay and would definitely book again! The location was perfect — close to everything we wanted to see on our San Diego itinetary and very convenient. The host was extremely friendly, responsive, and communicative throughout the entire process, which made everything easy and stress-free. The property was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great stay near Coronado Island!

Stayed Aug 8, 2025Very convenient to everything we wanted to see, location was a little industrial and there was road work happening nearby, but otherwise was great! The neighborhood bookstore and coffee are really nice nearby.

Stayed Jun 3, 2025This property was a very clean comfortable space for our stay! We had a bit of a rocky start the first couple of days but no fault of the owner. Things happen or are not caught by cleaning crew. Sarah was super responsive and gracious about taking care of everything! Even though it was a very industrial area, we never felt unsafe and things are locked and gated very well. Loved that there was parking! Many properties I looked at were in neighborhoods that you needed to find your own street parking. That is no easy feat in this city. Be aware there is noise both day and night from the shipyard but we acclimated. Another huge plus is how close you are to most everything you want to see or do. We rarely drove more than 10min. The rooftop patio and new, very clean hot tub was a great place to relax on a chilly evening.
