Stayed Apr 11, 2026We will definitely rent again, the next time we are in the area. There are steps to the main level and bottom floor, so keep that in mind if you have someone that can't do stairs! Nice and clean and had fun IU decor! Easy access, close to everything and great parking area.

Stayed Jun 7, 2024The location is within a short drive of almost anything related to the university and the apartment was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of amenities provided and having a bathroom in each bedroom and one near the main living area was perfect! Great place to stay and price was affordable and a great value.

Stayed Mar 21, 2024We got in late at night and left early in the morning so we can’t say much about the neighborhood but it was close to the university, comfortable, perfect with three teenage girls bc they all had their own bathroom. We took a star off for neighborhood bc there were loud trucks early in the morning. Overall- I was very happy.
