Honeymooner's Hut: Stylish/Stocked Studio for Two

Snuggle up in this stylish little hut, perfect for two adults (or two adults + a child). Just 2 miles from the beach and casino, this cozy studio is fully updated with modern appliances, kitchenware, beach towels, and a smart TV. Explore nearby wineries, hiking trails, the zoo, outlet malls, and more—or unwind by the firepit in the shared backyard.





🛏️ Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 2–3)

--King bed – sleeps 2 adults

--Fold-out sofa – best suited for 1 child (not recommended for adults)



👉 The hut is designed for two guests, but parents may bring one child. The kitchen table seats 2, and the space is intentionally compact.

--Stocked with towels, toiletries & hair dryer

--Step-down entry into bathroom (may be difficult for mobility-challenged guests)

--Turkish Beach Towels (1 per guest) & Beach Toys Provided

⚠️ Safety, Accessibility Notes, & House Rules

--Homes are NOT baby-proofed (no outlet covers, no cabinet locks, furniture is not secured to walls, no cribs provided, etc). Guests are responsible for their safety.

--No parties, or events – we value the relationship with our neighbors, and strive to keep the home in top condition.

--The studio is compact with a small bathroom step; may not be suitable for guests with mobility concerns.

--No pack-and-play/crib provided

--🚭 No smoking indoors or within 50 feet (violations result in $300 cleaning fee)





⏰ Check-In / Check-Out

--Check-In: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM

--Check-Out: 10:00 AM

--Note: We always try to provide early check-in and late check-out opportunities when possible. (It is simply dependent on whether or not it’s a same day check-in/out, the condition in which the previous guest left the home, and our cleaners’ schedules.) Please notify us if you would like early/late check-in/out, and we will do our best to make it work! 🕚

--Guests will receive key code & detailed check-in instructions via message on the morning of arrival.

--Michigan City operates on Central Standard Time (CST).





🛡️ Booking Requirements

We’re excited to welcome guests from all backgrounds and want to make sure every stay is enjoyable, safe, and comfortable for both you and our neighbors. To help us maintain a great experience, we ask that:

--The primary renter is 25+ with a verified government ID.

--A $500 damage deposit is required. This is returned after checkout once our team confirms the home is in good condition.

After booking, first-time guests are required to sign a standard rental agreement that reflects the house rules and booking details shown on this listing. Information provided is used solely to coordinate maintenance or schedule adjustments during your stay. This information is kept strictly within our team and is never shared externally.
