ABOUT THE SPACE: Cozy Basement that feels like home with great neighborhood and location. The basement is lower ceiling standing at just over 7-feet high. Entrance is lower level towards rear of the house. On pleasant daysyou may even be able to view deer, rabbits, squirrels and other various native wildlife. The backyard is fenced with some lighting at night time. The yard is maintained but at times nature does play its natural role to keep things all natural. KITCHENETTE:
Kitchenette has a nice cool-tone grey flooring with table for two. Kitchenette is equipped with microwave, small refrigerator with freezer space, electric double burner countertop range, coffee maker, kettle, griddle (hot plate), toaster, rice-cooker, kitchen-ware and other basic kitchen needs. Additional items can be provided upon request. LIVING SPACE: Living area is carpeted with sectional reclining sofa along with a 55-in TV equipped with Roku. HDMI cable is provided to connected devices. There are various electrical outlets in the living area. SPACIOUS MASTER-BEDROOM WITH ATTACHED BATH: Bedroom space is carpeted. Bedroom has remote controlled fan and lights for convenience. Sleeper coach (not sofa-cum-bed), good enough to sleep one. Dedicated work-study desk with over head additional lighting. Room has a stand-alone table lamp equipped with USB-charging port. Standard queen bed with sides tables and lamps. Room also full-size dresser with mirror and three-door closet. The closet also has a clothing iron and ironing surface. ATTACHED BATH: Bathroom flooring vinyl. Simple layout with shower. GUEST ACCESS: The access to the basement is slightly steep, so exercise caution at all times. Complete access to basement with complete privacy. Free on-street parking. Can accommodate multiple cars is needed. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: All your private place of stay is 650 sqft basement which consist of living room, kitchen, master bedroom with attached bathroom.
This is a smoke free space with zero tolerance for any smoke. No parties or over-night guest stay. The space stay covers two occupants. Any additional occupants ( upto max 2) will incur extra cost per person per night. Kids can be accommodated but need parents/guardians/responsible adults to monitor kids at all times. This space is NOT Baby/Childproof but kids friendly. The space is a walk-out basement and the lowest level of the house. So expect walking traffic noise from the upper level of the house.
