Stayed Sep 6, 2025The apartment was clean and accessible. The host provided clear instruction on how to find and access it upon arrival. The host arranged for someone to meet us and explain the facilities and propose local restaurants and interest. The apartment was listed as a 2 bedroom and this is clearly not the case. It is a 1 bedroom and there is a pull-out couch/bed in the open dining/sitting/kitchen area. This bed has no privacy. This is a significant innaccuracy

Stayed May 15, 2025Very nice. Some construction going on in the street outside, which created a little bit of noise. But overall this was wonderful. We would stay again for sure. Valerie was very helpful and communicated well.

Stayed Sep 23, 2024Home in Orvieto truly was home! The apartment was perfect in every way! The location is amazing! Couldn’t get enough of the Duomo and it is only about a 3 minute walk! Valerie was so helpful with recommendations for restaurants and how to get to the train station and back to the apartment. Orvieto is a wonderful place to relax and we hope to be able to return!

Stayed Nov 4, 2023Valerie was very responsive to any questions we had. Valerie also gave us easy-to-follow directions to get to the apartment. Valerie provided plenty of towels, clothes detergent, dish soap. The apartment is in a great location. Also, easy to get to the tourist information office which was always open when we needed it.

Stayed Oct 21, 2023Not only is Orvieto one of our favorite hill towns, but this was our favorite place to stay. Perfect location. Clean, quiet and well equipped. We had a wonderful time and hope to return in the future.

Stayed Aug 6, 2023We fell in love with Orvieto, and staying here is a great part of this. The location cannot be beaten. Quiet, yet so close to the best of Orvieto. Check in was simple, the place cute and clean. Although we didn't need it, there is a pullout in the living room area, to go along with the one bedroom. The bed was comfy and the air on kept up with the considerable heat. If we head back there, it would be hard to not stay there again.

Stayed May 21, 2023The apartment was amazing, Clean, neat, compact, comfortable and in the most convenient position. It was great having a separate laundry to use. Check-in was a breeze. Only thing we missed was a kettle and oven as we don't always like to dine out. Valerie was always contactable, helpful and available for any queries we had. Thank you.
