Stayed Jul 5, 2019Beautiful, modern and clean basement apartment with large windows. All appliances and furniture are new. The house itself is newer construction in a nice neighborhood/subdivision. The owner, Mia, was always accessible and she provided the apartment with extras like pasta and sauce, English muffins and jelly, and even eggs. 20 minutes to Boulder and 50 minutes to RMNP. Very convenient and a great value. Perfect stay.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969My sister and I stayed here on our recent trip to the Boulder area, not knowing anything about the area, and we are so glad we did. The apartment was so spacious and comfortable, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed (especially when it came to preparing meals). The small touches like laundry detergent, spacious closet, and cereal and milk made our stay that much better. The town was a quick drive into Boulder, and surrounded by beautiful farmland. Longmont itself also had a lot to offer when it comes to restaurants, breweries, and outdoor activities. Overall, a great place to land in a quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Jun 6, 2019We came out to ride bikes. Great place to stay. Would come back and stay here again. The small touches were especially nice (laundry detergent, small boxes of cereal, etc.)
