Hollywood Beach 1-Min Walk | King Bed | Beach Gear

Came for a 4 day getaway after Christmas and found this very clean unit to be in a great location with great proximity - 100 steps away from beautiful Hollywood beach and the Atlantic Ocean - and within easy walking distance of on-the-beach restaurants and shops! Unit was cozy and outfitted competently for 2 people with a small kitchen, eating area, tv watching room, one bedroom, pull out couch and a full bathroom. Unit came with beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels which was very convenient to have available. Had to procure a 100 parking pass from the city for us to park our car for 4 days, but plenty of on-the-street parking spots. Very quaint common area amongst the units to sit and have a Happy Hour or wind-down-the-night drink. Wifi was spotty causing occasional TV streaming and device issues, but have talked to Hosts who are in process of upgrading the wifi to make connection reliable. The Hosts, Nick and Ely, were wonderful and very responsive in their communications with us at all times. Overall, I would recommend this unit, its location and its hosts!

The host was very friendly, responsive, and extremely accommodating to our needs. The beds were so comfortable. The condo provided everything we needed to enjoy the beach. I would rent from them again. The minor issues: Our group consisted of two adult couples and we planned to have one couple sleep in the living room for privacy. However, the only ac unit is located in the bedroom so we couldn’t shut the door. The ceiling fan in the living room is broke on low speed so it was hot for them at night. The layout however, would not be an issue if you are staying with people you’re comfortable sharing the bedroom with. Also, there are two tvs but only one remote to share which changes the channels and volume on the other tv too. All minor issues that can be fixed for cheap. Nice and quiet location but you will need transportation to get to shops. The beach is just steps away and you’re not allowed to have alcohol regardless of container, no music, no smoking/vaping, nothing. It’s the perfect beach for wholesome quiet family time so if your plan is to let loose and enjoy some cold ones at the beach, this is not your location.

We were there for a few days for the 4th of July. Wow, what an exciting place to be on the 4th! The apartment was clean, cozy and comfortable. Steps from the beach with a lot of activity up and down the boardwalk. As a suggestion, plan in advance for parking.
