    This is the second time we have stayed at this house and we intend to make it our go to when we visit Austin again.

    This house was perfect for our needs. We had a little glitch with the code getting in, but the response time was quick and efficient. Lime scooters were nearby so we could scoot around downtown. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. I would come back to this house again.

    I guess we booked the rental before the listing was changed from three bedrooms to two bedrooms. I checked with my companions when we got there and they also agreed that we rented it as a three bedroom. Also, in the kitchen we were surprised that there were only: 4 dinner plates 3 salad plates 1 bowl 2 coffee mugs Because of this we didn't eat in. And it was pretty difficult to drink coffee in the morning. For a property that sleeps six, we were shocked there weren't more dishes. The bathroom floors were clean but the floors, upstairs and downstairs, were not. We didn't use the downstairs shower as there were dead spiders in it. The pillows on the couch lost so many feathers we were constantly picking them up. Make sure you're covered after showing as all the neighbors can see you leave both bathrooms. The only window coverings were in the two bedrooms. We weren't able to use Netflix because it wasn't available unless we logged in. We thought the listing said we didn't need to. As we were packing up to leave on Friday we found a man in our yard. He said was doing a quarterly maintenance. It would have been nice to have a heads up on that.

    Had a great stay at Holly #B. The house looked exactly like the pictures and everything in downtown was 5-15 minutes walking distance from the house. Going in the opposite direction to the Colorado River was also only a few minutes away so the location is prime! The host also responded really quickly when I mentioned a technical issue with the door lock running out of battery and kindly suggested some cool spots to check out around town so we appreciates the proactive responses.

    Very nice home with easy access to downtown for those that like to walk. Safe neighborhood, clean house, responsive owners, and location is great....probably the best thing to say about home. I would suggest owners put some more amenities like a broom, dust pan, in house manual, ice cube trays loaded, olive oil, plastic cups etc. 3rd bedroom access is through 2nd bedroom. Great for families. Nice dark rooms, comfy beds, pillows, sheets. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat, and hope owners add to amenity list a bit more.

    I very much enjoyed my stay! The location is fantastic: it's amongst lots of trees, two streets north of the park/lake, and two streets south of lots of dining options and bars. It's superb. The place was comfortable and well-appointed. The furniture was comfortable, and the unit received a lot of natural tree-filtered light. Something to consider: it's listed as a three-bedroom, and it's more of a two-bedroom. The third bedroom is an area off of the master, which would be ideal for kids, but less ideal for a third couple.

    We enjoyed our stay ay Holly #B for its location in East Austin close to everything. The place is clean and management has great communication. We have three architects among the four adults and we really enjoyed the contemporary design of the house with well thought out spaces and window placement on the facade.
