Stayed May 6, 2024The property was close to the Ark. Parking was easy and convenient. Being in town, right on the street made it a bit noisy for sleeping. Overall, it was a great stay!

Stayed May 23, 2025We had a great stay! Clean cozy 1 bedroom apt. Lots of room. Appears newly renovated. No problems with finding it and getting in. Easy parking and convenient location to the Ark, and between Cincinnati and Lexington. Close to Bone Lick State Park which was a fun addition to the trip.

Stayed Apr 6, 2025This apartment was the perfect size for a couple. All of the necessities are provided and the full kitchen saves money should one decide to prepare meals. SO MUCH NICER than any hotel room, one did not feel claustrophobic. Lack of lighting options was the most notable issue. Almost every room had overhead lights only. An extra chair in the living room would have been helpful, as well. Very enjoyable stay!
