Thank you for an amazing stay! We loved being right down and how we could walk to the William Arnold cabin and to get breakfast and dinner. The condo was extremely spacious and had all the amenities one could need. We really liked how there were extra blankets as well. Thank you for a great clean stay!

This unit fit all of our needs regarding location, cleanliness, and amenities. I would 100% recommend this property to my friends and family and will revisit this if I'm in town in the future!

Making memories is fun despite the rain. It does not need to spoil the mood. We had a great time together at the museum and the Ark. We also enjoyed discovering new and familiar places to eat. We were always full. Thanks to Holland properties for hosting us.

We had 4 adults staying here for 3 nights,l while visiting the Ark and Creation Museum, and it was perfect. I felt the bed was too firm, but another one from our group thought they were great.Walking distance to the small town, with some shops and food, but heads up that most of the town is closed Sunday/Monday!

Perfect place for a couple or group and so close to downtown!

My son and I stayed to attend the Ark men’s conference and it was only 6 minute drive away. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfy, rooms were clean…it was just the right spot for what we needed. The town and neighborhood aren’t fancy but definitely feel safe and welcoming. The property is minutes from Eduardo’s pizza place which was delicious. We even got dates wrong on our booking and the manager was right on top of accommodating an extra night on the fly for us, which we were very grateful for. She was an excellent communicator and very helpful.

I have never used VRBO and was a little cautious. But I spoke with Gina and she was so helpfull. And the place was great, we are over 65. It was easy getting around town and was an easy walking to shops. I appreciate Gina and Holland properties.

Quiet neighborhood, nice bedrooms with comfortable beds, nice bathroom, and kitchen with plenty of utensils and appliances. Additional sitting areas were nice also. Only slight drawback was currently there is no breakfast restaurants in Williamstown. Have to travel about 4 miles to Dry Ridge.

It was good with no real complaints. Location was great. Provided us with a clean and tidy place to stay. Communication was superb with the manager! Right price for us. Not super kid friendly with a glass dining table and cloth chairs. Overall it was clean but some leaky spots on the ceiling, paint peeling where doors stick and unfinished installations. Presented like a “let’s make this look nice quick and get it rented” look, but overall we were happy and it did the job.

We had a great time and enjoyed a place to lay our head. Everything was comfortable and relaxing. We really enjoyed reading the guestbook and getting good ideas for restaurants. The shower was welcome after a hot day at the Ark Encounter. Thank you for sharing your space with us.

Super clean, spacious, very close to the Ark Encounter. Property Manager responded promptly to texts. Mattresses were comfortable and neighborhood quiet.

Nice place to stay and very close to The Ark.

Very convenient location to downtown and just a short drive to the Ark. Enjoyed all the comforts of home while being on vacation.

Initial problem of access was fixed by moving to another location. New place was nice. My grandson liked the tv and cable. Nice washer and dryer

The family enjoyed staying here. There was one unexpected issue. The smaller bedroom that was for the small child had the backdoor in it. The parents were not comfortable with the child sleeping with the backdoor in his room so they put the child in the master bedroom and stayed in the smaller room themselves. Not ideal but they did enjoy their trip.

We stayed here to be close to The Ark Encounter and the location could not have been more perfect! Our group consisted is two couples. We were comfortable in the house sleeping and hanging out both days after our museum visits. Having the extra sitting room was really nice! Check- in end out was super easy. Highly recommend!
