The accommodation is located in a quiet private urbanization of apartments with beautifulgardens and a communal pool. The beach of La Barossa is about an 8 minutes walk away and the famous Punto Mágico of Sancti Petri Beach is also very close.



It is a strategic location since less than two minutes by car you reach the access road to the city center, whilst the Primera Pista (the entertainment precinct) of La Barrosa and the Poblado Marinero is also nearby. (15/06/2026 - 15/09/2026).

It is located in a quiet, private apartment complex with beautiful interior gardens and a communal pool open from mid-June to mid-September. Its location is ideal, thanks to its tranquility and proximity to the Chiclana boardwalk.



La Barrosa Beach is about an 8-minute walk away, and the famous spot known as Punto Mágico on Sancti Petri Beach is very close by. The location is strategic, as the exit to the city center is less than a two-minute drive away, and the first stretch of La Barrosa Beach and the Poblado Marinero are very close by.



You can enjoy the peace and quiet you’ve been longing for, but if you prefer, you can also experience the hustle and bustle of these other livelier areas of Chiclana.
