Crikvenica. The holiday flat is located on a 500 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bounded by a fence. The landlord only lives in the house part-time but uses a separate entrance. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.
