Kitchen in the living room / bedroom with dinette, dishwasher, electric cooker induction cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window. Bathroom with 1 washbasin, WC and window.
In addition, your holiday apartment is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.


Location
Medulin. The holiday apartement is located on a 800 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Large dogs not allowed. Small dogs only allowed on the terrace, not in the garden. The garden is private. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property.
