Stayed Jul 19, 2025We have been staying in this unit for several years and are always happy with it. The service was great until I checked out and left some clothes in a drawer. I called the day after leaving and submitted a ticket. Despite having called several times and being told someone would contact me, I never heard back. I assume these items are now gone and I am very disappointed. My husband and I have been going to Sea Colony for many years so the level or lack of service on this incident is not what I would have expected. Very unhappy with how this was ignored.

Stayed Jul 5, 2025The property was as described. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped. The bed was comfortable. Lovely view from the balcony and easy access to the beach.

Stayed Jun 14, 2025This was our second time staying in this condo. Our first time was 6 years ago. Since that time, the owners made some nice changes and upgrades. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Sep 6, 2022Was our BEST beach vacation. Location was perfect. Enjoyed some of our old favorite spots and discovered some new ones as well. The living space was excellent! Great care was taken to make things pleasant and comfortable. We were able to enjoy the sound of the waves all week....sunrise was GORGEOUS.!

Stayed Sep 7, 2021My husband and I had a great time at this beautiful beach home. Amazing location and wonderful oceanfront property on the 7th floor. Beautifully beach themed decor, very comfortable, a home away from home. We have stayed at Sea Colony at least 10 times, this was the first time at this condo. We would definitely love to stay here again. You can tell a lot of love and care went into this home by the owners. We loved it! Hopefully we will be there again next year. Thank you !

Stayed Dec 31, 1969View of ocean was outstanding. Mattress in bedroom was uncomfortable. Parking spot was really tight. Would stay again though.
