Stayed May 23, 2024We stayed 4 nights and were impressed by this modern, clean, and luxurious apartment. Situated within easy walking distance of the Centro Storico, and with parking close by. Lovely terraces fire relaxing with a glass of wine. Stocked by the owner with breakast food, beverage, and wine. There is 1 large bed, plus a small bed for 1 person.

Stayed Oct 13, 2023The apartment in Locorotondo is beautiful, spacious, bright, quiet, and comfortable. It is just a few steps away from the sights, shops, and restaurants of Locorotondo, so everything is walkable. There are two terraces, one of which is covered. The hosts are so accommodating, generous and helpful. The kitchen provides everything you need to fix your own meals, if you wish. The hosts generously filled the kitchen and refrigerator with food, drinks, and snacks, and in addition, they drove us to meet our transportation for the next phase of our vacation in Puglia and Basilicata. One of the best parts of our visit to Civico40 was a cooking lesson with the host’s mother, who taught me how to make orecchiette pasta—although it took me many tries to finally get it. But it was so much fun to meet and learn from Nonna. I heartily recommend this apartment for your visit. We had a lovely meal at the restaurant Bina, which is just a couple doors down from the apartment. Note that there are two staircases so the apartment might not be appropriate for people with mobility issues. But we two 70+ years-old seniors had no difficulties.
