Sleep: Manzanita Manor comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests across three thoughtfully appointed bedrooms:
Primary Bedroom: Queen bed with en-suite bathroom featuring a deep soaking tub and separate walk-in shower.
Guest Bedroom #1: Queen bed with classic touches and calming décor.
Guest Bedroom #2: King bed offering a peaceful retreat.
A twin-size rollaway bed is available for additional sleeping flexibility.
Gather & Relax: The heart of the home is its open-concept kitchen, dining, and living room with soaring ceilings, abundant natural light, and comfortable seating — perfect for shared meals, socializing, or relaxing together.
Equipped Kitchen & Dining: The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, a brand new gas range, and plenty of workspace for preparing everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners. The adjacent dining area comfortably accommodates the whole group.
Indoor Comfort: Central air conditioning and heating ensure a comfortable stay year-round, while high-speed Wi-Fi and modern conveniences (washer/dryer) support everyday needs.

Rental Contract: A signed rental agreement is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation.
Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit authorization of $500 must be completed before arrival.
Parking: You can park in the driveway, but the garage is locked and for owner use only. Please do not park on the street; this home is limited to two cars maximum, parked in the driveway only, per city ordinance.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours start at 10 pm, so please take all activity in before that time to respect our neighbours.
Cancellation Fee: We understand that plans can change. TVR is committed to offering a flexible cancellation policy whenever possible; however, all cancellations will incur a $75 cancellation processing fee. We strongly encourage guests to purchase travel insurance to help protect their vacation investment in the event of unexpected changes.
