Being less than 10 blocks to a relaxing beach in multiple directions, this newly renovated home located in the Galveston Historic Lost Bayou District and will be perfect for beach enthusiasts and those looking to seek out the activities in Galveston.

THE SPACE – LIVING ROOM / KITCHEN & DINING:

Walking into this 2-bedroom home, you'll be greeted by a very comfortable living area with plenty of seating and light for your family to gather. Sink into the leather couch after a long day or watch the hottest game on the included smart tv!

Adjacent to the living room, there's a splendid dining area and full kitchen that has all the stainless-steel appliances one could ask for including a full refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and stove, as well as a Keurig for those mornings when you need a boost. We’ve also included some k-cups so that you don’t have to run out for them your first day. Here you’ll additionally find an outside porch and stairwell that leads you to the captivating back yard.

Past the kitchen is the full bathroom, half bathroom, and bedrooms.

THE SPACE – BEDROOMS, BATHROOMS

The master bedroom includes one queen poster bed with a view of the backyard, along with a ceiling fan to keep you cool and relaxed. There’s even an extra chair for those times you’d want to steal away in a good book. The second bedroom provides two queen size beds for extra guests to spread out. There’s plenty of natural light in here too as well as a nice-sized closet to hide add any clothes or extra belongings to. No need to bring linens either, we have you covered on that.

There is a full and half bath accessible in this home, so you have ample space to get ready for your days. The full bath includes a lovely renovated stand-up shower too so that you can wash the day away. We’ve also included a full-size washer and dryer so you can lighten your suitcase too!

THE SPACE – OUTSIDE

You will also have access to all areas of the outside of the property where there is extra seating and a small yard to relax in. Don't forget the outside shower for that pesky sand that came back with you from the beach

We also provide an EV charger plugin for vehicles that need a quick charge!

There’s also a nice porch in the front for extra space to have that morning coffee.

Whether you want to enjoy your time the night before you depart for a cruise at the Galveston Cruise Terminal (twenty minutes away), enjoy a day at the beach (less than 5 minutes away), take the family over to Moody Gardens or Schlitterbahn (less than five minutes away), or just hang out at home, this location is the place to be!

This location is a triplex and has three distinct available locations. For this location guests will have exclusive access and use to the top right unit marked 1705 as the address. Common areas such as back and front area could be shared by guests if other units are booked during this time.

If traveling during these dates, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, either through your booking provider or from another insurer, with coverage for natural disasters. While hurricanes rarely impact the Galveston area, it’s always possible, and they may impact your personal travel getting to the area. Refunds are not provided for weather-related trip delays, unless there is an evacuation order in the direct area of this property.     A great spot to stay for a trip to Galveston, especially if you prefer to be closer to the downtown area. My husband, I and our 4 teenage kids fit in the space well for a quick weekend trip. We found the location to be an easy walk to the beach/seawall and multiple restaurants. We drove to both The Strand and Pleasure Pier but both were a doable walk. The owners were very responsive and helpful in answering all of our questions. We didn’t use the kitchen for more than microwaving leftovers or making coffee but it appeared to have most of the necessary tools to prepare a meal. The bathrooms were stocked and had plenty of towels for our use. The only thing that we would have found useful was an extra set of sheets and a blanket, as one of our teenagers decided to sleep on the couch because his sibling was a bed hog. We would stay again!

    There were a few things that needed to be checked prior to renting to a new tenant. The coffee maker was dirty, two dirty coffee cups in the cabinet, a couple nails sticking up from the hardwood floors, towel rack was broke when we arrived. Semi low level apartments with not alot of decor. There was fairly good communication with the rental company.

    This house was perfect for us it was very clean and comfortable and spacious close to stores and restaurants and only few blocks from the beech I’m definitely planning on returning on my next vacation if available we enjoyed our stay and most important our vacation definitely recommend this place .

    First off I would like to say the location was key for us because of our itinerary. It was clean and spacious and loved the floor plan. The fact that it’s historical made it that much more fun I told the kids that it was haunted and if they kept running around it would weaken the spirits. It was a full proof plan and it worked.     We had the upper left flat of the house for a family of four. Two adults and two kids. Flat would even be good for six adults. Kitchen is well equipped and living room spacious with superb TV. The location is absolutely great for some days at the beach. It‘s Just a few blocks down the road. We had our morning coffee on the balcony and food at Sonnys Just around the corner. Definetely recomment this place for a stay in Galveston.

    We rented Top Right Ave M over a long weekend in October. The location was great - we could walk to coffee/breakfast in the morning, took walks in the evenings through the historic neighborhood, and we took quick drives to the beach. The house was clean, and we loved having a yard for the dog. It was very “no frills” - not much in the way of decor or “homeyness” and the bedding in the master wasn’t great. Almost like they used twin blankets and coverlet for a queen bed, so my husband and I were playing tug of war all night. But all in all, a good value for area.

    Great location we loved looking at the historic low-country style homes - easy few blocks walk to the beach. Clean. Well equipped. Def stay there again. Beach was clean and seaweed free.
