This apartment is on the 3rd floor with a lift and Carmen's Mother and Father live in the other apartment on this floor. We used the underground parking space 100 meters from the apartment and Carmen's Father met us at the parking entrance and escorted to the space and up to the apartment. Easy walking to both the old and new towns with plenty of space and equipment. Would definitely stay here again.

Carmen's apartment is in a great location - it is in the old town surrounded by cafes, restaurants and markets. There is a good sized supermarket about 50 metres away. The apartment is well kitted out and comfortable. Carmen was a great host and organised car parking in an underground car park very close by for 10 euros per day.

This charming little apartment was in the heart of the old city and very convenient. The owner,Carmen, was delightful and very helpful. The apartment sleeps 5, but with only 1 full bath some strategy was required for getting ready in the mornings. I will definitely return next time I'm in Oviedo.

I agree with Woody Allen. After cycling and walking the Camino del Norte and enjoying many splendid northern Spanish cities and towns, Oviedo is special. I spent 10 days in Carmen and Amador's apartment in Autumn 2015, first with my husband and then later a friend. The apartment was clean, spacious and the best located of the many apartments I stayed in during my 9 weeks in Spain. Despite being literally across the street from the market, the bedrooms were quiet. But it did make it so easy to pop out for supplies from the market for dinner, or walk two minutes further to the supermarket. Around each corner was another bar, another cafe, another church, another free museum or gallery. We walked everywhere, especially enjoying the pedestrianised older part of the city with its twists and turns. Make sure you pilgrimage to the various pre-Romanesque churches which are fascinating and all different. It's also a short walk to the bus station to catch local buses to the coast or a regional one to Leon. Carmen was an attentive, friendly hostess who spoilt us with her delicious rice pudding. We have very fond memories of our stay in Oviedo. A memorable apartment in a memorable city.

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious apartment. Everything was provided, it was clean and the owners helpful and accommodating. The location could not be better, right in the centre of the old town with the market, supermarket, bars and restaurants close by. The city is attractive with its architecture, sculptures, museums and churches. Also has a good shopping centre. We travelled by train and the journeys were spectacular. I would recommend this apartment for a stay in Oviedo.

The apartment is located in a very convenient place. It is in the historical center, but close to the modern part of the city ,that is to say with a good access to both parts, so you have for instance a market and a supermarket very close, and restaurants just in front of the apt., plus many other stores at walking distance. The parking has also a quick access to the main roads. The apt. Is in excellent condition with everything you may need, clean and well maintained. We are a family of five and it was most comfortable for all of us. The owners , Carmen and Amador gave us an excellent attention and they were very helpful in every single detail. I wouldn't hesitate to go there again and I strongly recommend this location.
