The kitchen is thoughtfully designed with high-end finishes and essential amenities. It features a spacious dining island—perfect for casual meals or morning coffee—and is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a oven and stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave. The living area is further complemented by elegant limestone flooring and custom-cut area rugs that add warmth and sophistication to the space.



In the living room, unwind with a 45” Smart TV ideal for streaming your favorite shows, or take advantage of the dedicated workspace with a desk, ideal for remote work. A remote-controlled ceiling fan ensures optimal comfort year-round. The king bedroom offers a cozy retreat, with high-end linens and bedding. Every detail has been considered to create a space that feels both warm and welcoming.



The kitchen features high-end finishes, a dining island, and all-new modern appliances including a stainless steel oven, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave. The space is enhanced by beautiful limestone floors and custom-cut area rugs. Please note that the parking spot is housed in a small carriage house and suitable for 1 compact vehicle. The dimensions of the carriage house where you would park your car are 16 and 1/2 feet in length and 8 feet and 8 inches in width. Street parking is also accessible. Alternatively, we have other units which offer a standard parking space.



Our building is fully licensed for short-term rentals and located within the Santa Barbara Coastal Zone, where stays under 30 days are allowed. Many other listings in the city fall outside this zone and are not legally permitted to offer short-term stays—so hosts might decline your booking request to avoid violations. We, on the other hand, automatically confirm your reservation the moment you book.     Check in and out was very easy. It was very clean and within walking distance to the beach and downtown area. It would be nice if there were a couple beach chairs to take to the beach but definitely not a deal breaker. We would stay here again.

    Check in was nice and easy. Great proximity to Funk Zone for resturants, bars, and shops. Great walking proximity to a beach but the nicer beaches for sitting & swimming are a bike or drive away. Would have loved if beach chairs were provided

    Well maintained, nice area and close to state streets and beaches. We walked everywhere. Only negative is that it was chilly and. Wall heaters not adequate. Overall a great place to stay.

    Amazing apartment exactly as pictured and in the perfect location within walking distance to the beach or downtown Santa Barbara. The apartment is immaculate all around. We very much enjoyed the luxurious bedding, very nice! My husband was a bit concerned about not having air conditioning, however it was never an issue as there are two ceiling fans, one in the living room, and one in the bedroom and all of the windows open so it was very comfortable at all times. One other thing that was mentioned as a concern is the parking, you definitely need to have a small car (we had a Nissan Altima) and had no issue parking in the dedicated garage. Overall, this is an exceptional property that I would definitely come back and stay again!
