1930'S stone charm (spacious 2,600sqft) with WIFI is in desirable historic neighborhood nestled in City Center. This old world charm is in a perfect central location! You can relax in this spacious 4 bedroom 2 bath,2600 square feet perfect for reunions, wedding guests or corporate stay. Your group can prepare for a meeting or enjoy a home cooked meal after visiting a nearby farmers market. On adventurous days, because you are centrally located, you can explore like a local and visit quaint shops not generally known to tourists. It is located only 3 miles from downtown! Nearby places include Down Town, River Walk, Convention Center, SA Zoo, the Quarry, the Missions, Less than 2 miles to the Pearl Brewery which is a local favorite Saturday mornings, Fort Sam and South Town. This desirable neighborhood and central location is perfect to enjoy both local and touristy venues. The neighborhood is generally quiet but on occasion music from Trinity, the Sunken Gardens or other San Antonio festivities may be heard at a distance. In close proximity to farmers markets and two universities, Incarnate Word and Trinity (within walking distance). Local and unique shops nearby. Tasty restaurants within walking distance. Dinner and music venues both casual and sophisticated not far away. Easy highway access to 281 and IH-10 for travel to Sea World and Fiesta Texas.

Sleeps 14, downstairs front bedroom has a double bed, downstairs back bedroom has a queen size bed, upstairs front bedroom has two double beds, upstairs back bedroom has a king size bed, upstairs has a double sleeper sofa and downstairs has a double sleeper sofa in living rooms. This space is composed of two units an upstairs and downstairs with separate outdoor entrances for each and no indoor entrances between floors/upstairs and downstairs. Note-BALCONY not included in price-No access.

Guests have access to the entire upstairs and downstairs which is approx.
2,600 sq. ft. plus the front porch. No access/ use of backyard permitted other than to park, throw trash and recyclables in bins.
Parking on site for 2 small-medium vehicles with the exception of instances when construction or restoration work is being done on property; street parking for larger vehicles.

This is a charming old world place that comes with OLD PLUMBING so DO NOT THROW away any TOILET PAPER, feminine products or other in COMMODE Nor food/food particles or grease in sinks, please use trash bins.

Guests/renters must take SPECIAL CARE of upstairs bath tub as it has been re-surfaced for guest enjoyment. Guests can bathe and shower, however, must not use objects that may scratch or scrape the delicate surface. Guests must never use abrasive cleaners, bath mats (may use adhesive strips instead) or let soap or shampoo bottles stand on bathtub surface for longer periods than it takes to bathe/shower. Guests must not use dyes in bathtub or products that stain nor any chemicals or drain opening solutions.

No access/ use of backyard permitted other than to park, throw trash and recyclables in bins. Balcony not included in price - No access/ use of Balcony permitted.

The entire place has hardwood floors, so guests upstairs will need to be mindful to minimize walking noise as possible so as not to disturb guests downstairs with loud or excessive creaking from walking or movement upstairs.
