Historic Penthouse Loft | Rooftop Haven

A hidden gem in Spirit Lake. Loved everything about the place.

We were excited to stay at the Spirit Lake Penthouse, and upon arrival was not disappointed. This is a well maintained and attractive rental with all the amenities of home. Forget something? Probably not a problem as many of the small details are provided. Beds are wonderfully comfortable, and relaxing on the patio was a favorite activity at the end of the day. We were in the area for a trip to Silverwood, and the 15 min. drive was perfect. Also a shout out to the local pizza place, Dark Horse Pizza, for some excellent pie and one of the best Mediterranean salads ever created. We will absolutely stay here again if even remotely in the area.

Everything about the property was great. Convenient to Silverwood, comfortable very clean, very unique and historic and quiet and private. Only one drawback. The hot water was just past lukewarm. Not got for showers or doing dishes. Would return and recommend.

Loved the location and outdoor deck. Perfect spot to visit the lake.

My family had to travel from Kalispell, MT to Lewiston, Idaho for a very important medical appointment for our son and needed a place to stay roughly about half way to limit our travel time. This place was a gem in a really wonderful and quiet area. Unfortunately due to time on the road for our son's appointment, we had limited time to explore the area but plan to return! The place itself was very clean, accommodating and comfortable. The open floorplan and multiple bed options were excellent for our kids. While I highly recommend this place to anyone, I especially recommend it to families. My son is a huge WWII enthusiast and really enjoyed all of the books on the bookshelf! We look forward to rebooking this place in the future when we have more time to explore!

We live here in Spirit Lake and were having drywall work done and we rented this VRBO for 12 days. It was nice to be only 5 miles from home as we had to go home to tend to our fur babies! We enjoyed the comfort of home we felt here. Only suggestions i would make is the loft sleeps 6 but there are only 3 dishes in the set. Since we were there 12 nights, i cooked most meals and the pots and pans supply was not great but i had the luxury of grabbing some things from home. Only other issue is if you are a light sleeper dont plan on sleeping in! The physical therapy office below opens at 5 and you can hear everything! The hardware store uses a fork lift to bring pallets out to the curb every morning and the reverse beep gets annoying LOL! BUT..... these issues would not keep me us from going back! We did truly appreciate the comforts of home like having a washer and dryer!! The management staff was amazing as well!

We were fortunate to find this apartment so close to our family for the holidays! Spacious, clean well equipped, and comfortable. Location is great! Great food, boutique shopping all within a block! The lake is pretty close bye within a mile and we look forward to returning soon!

It’s a wonderful comfy place to stay. It’s a great location being right downtown. And the town is so cute! We will be back!!

The property was in the middle of the quaint town of Spirit Lake. Great location for us. Property clean, well organized, great wifi, comfy bed & beautiful view. The penthouse is on second floor- so pack light or/ use multiple suitcases vs 1large. Other than the steps - it was perfect! Thanks for sharing- I would recommend this unit. Regards: Tammy
