Historic OTR on Main Street, Central to all and Free Parking

This is our second stay at this location. It is convenient for Memorial Hall OTR.

Property is convenient for events at the Woodward theater. Lots of local restaurants nearby. There is a community pool behind the building. Property manager communicated check in and parking instructions promptly.

Great third floor condo in OTR. Creative interior design, very appealing. Only problem was construction going on in the streets. Very loud at 6AM... demolition.

All was excellent. Very good value. Excellent host, communicated well. Area a bit rough, but take necessary precautions and all will be OK.

The apartment is beautiful. The location of the property was close to amazing food, coffee, shops. The apartment is not mobility-friendly. It does say it’s on the 3rd floor but doesn’t specify that it is 1) stairs only and 2) bathroom is up an additional flight of spiral stairs. If you’re traveling with someone who has mobility obstacles, I would not stay in this apartment, but if everyone in the party is ok wit stairs and not clumsy, then the location is perfect. Check in was like a typical VRBO check in with a keypad, however because of lack of street parking, you have to be prepared to stop in the street and run in and out to grab the parking garage key. The parking garage however is well lit, clean, and always has an attendant working so I don’t think anyone needs to be uncomfortable parking there or walking alone in there. I recommend everyone go to the Tiki Bar restaurant near the park by the apartment. We also went to Brown Bear Bakery and the Coffee Emporium. Everyone said the beds were very comfortable and I slept on the couch and it was the best couch sleep I’ve ever had. I brought ear plugs which were necessary because of the loud night life outside the window. But once the earplugs were in and the fan was on, I couldn’t hear any outside noise.

Everything was perfect

The home is perfectly located to get anywhere in the city. The house was clean and very welcoming. The host quickly answered any questions. Would absolutely stay here again during our next visit to Cincy!

This cute walk up was amazing. The little details like the chalkboard front door, the menus hung in the kitchen, the kitchen items and so much more. The upstairs bedrooms were just as nice as the main floor.

Super fun and homey place. We loved all the eclectic decorations. This was a great place to relax between multiple graduation activities. This is in a great location and easily walkable to many restaurants, bars, and shops. There are some stairs to climb to access the space so be aware of that if you have anyone with mobility challenges. It was clean and comfortable and very well stocked. Sheets and towels were clean and soft. Communication with the owner was great.

Great place

Apartment is very cute and is centrally located in OTR. The bar scene is very active outside the apartment, so keep that in mind. We were celebrating my niece’s 21st birthday, so we didn’t mind. What we loved: plenty of towels and linens, washer and dryer, hair dryer, comfortable beds (even the twin rollaways were decent), plenty of extra dishes and glasses, internet was great, lots of recommendations for food and entertainment placed around the apartment. Things to consider: apartment is located on the third floor. Crowds and noise from nearby bars in the front bedroom and living room though the back bedroom was quiet! This is a pet friendly VRBO.

This cute apartment is centrally located to all the places to visit as a tourist in Cincinnati, it was very nicely appointed and had whimsical touches. The host left good coffee with filters and a great coffee pot! Fantastic play ground around the corner for my 3 year grandson! The apartment is up two flights of stairs and the bedrooms are up a circular staircase in a historic building. Thanks so much!!!

The loft was lovely and Denise, the host was responsive, friendly and wonderful. It’s close to cute places to eat, bakeries, coffee spots etc. but the bar across the was probably “poppin” until 2 or 3 in the morning, the police were there Friday and Saturday night to control noise And crowds. It might be related to Halloween next week?? But definitely a lively area!!

The property and instructions were just as pictured. Her property is very close to everything. Loved instructions provided for places to eat and public transportation. The connector is free and made travel easy. Lots of stairs to get into property and bedroom.
