It was exactly what we needed for 2 weeks while our house was being repaired. Plenty of parking, easy keyless access and close to everything. The office space was key for me as I work from home.Other reviews mentioned the small kitchen, but we didn’t really cook much. Silly note, they left a baking tray used for cookies and such, but it was too large to fit in the small oven. The biggest negative would be the lack of adequate curtains/shades to block the street lights next to the windows. The he amount of light at night made it look like the daytime. The primary bedroom was ok, and we didn’t mind, but for people that need more darkness to sleep, it would not be the place for you.

We loved this apartment - it was 5 minutes from the CMC hospital and close to lots of wonderful eating establishments, so the location can't be beat. However, the kitchen is SUPER small, can't open the dishwasher door all the way, there was no dishwasher soap left for us and the oven is a whole 'nother story. It only shows heat in Celsius so you better bring a conversion tool. Wish there was a manual or instructions on the oven, we would have been able to use it more. The beds were comfortable, the view was fun watching all the dog-walkers pass our building. Would consider staying again....if I could figure out the oven!

Top floor apartment with great mix of modern kitchen and art with original archways, molding and floors. Wine, alcohol and a few mixers included to enjoy drinks with friends after a day of sightseeing in Charlotte. Note that walls are not sound proof - loud talking or crying children will be heard by neighbors. However great location on Queens Road - close to downtown and beautiful upscale neighborhood!

Super Location, nice neighborhood. Close to everything, nice apartment and host. A/C didn’t kick on, but we didn’t report it, since temps were bearable. Comfy new couch and nice welcome, host provided wine, pasta sauce, cookies, etc . Very comfortable stay.
