Historic Loft in the Heart of Downtown Morganton

This was the third year we have rented this unit. Everything is so convent and dealing with Alyssa is so easy. Looking forward to next year.

The loft was amazing, we had family in town and this was the perfect place to host them, so easy to walk around downtown and the property was clean, well equipped and had everything you need for a relaxing getaway.

Absolutely beautiful apartment, location is perfect for exploring Morganton, and the property manager / owner were stellar. 10/10 would book again. P.S. interior of the apartment is something out of a magazine, it’s literally perfect.

Absolutely surpassed our expectations!! Conveniently located in the heart of Morganton and beautifully decorated. The huge kitchen and 1&1/2 bathrooms were stocked with plenty of towels, soap, cutlery, basic spices, cooking utensils and hairdryers. Whoever designed this lovely loft is very talented! The artwork on the walls, exposed brick, professional steel work and gorgeous countertops were very well done.We would highly appreciate this very spacious, comfortable and well appointed space!

The is the second time I have visited this property. My first visit was to the one bedroom loft. Each loft is spacious with large bedroom(s), great bath area, well-equipped kitchen area, and comfortable living area. I love the location. It is at the heart of Morganton's shopping and historic downtown district which is quaint and quiet. It is only a short drive to The Rock Spa Barn in Conover. This is what originally attracted us to this rental property. I have fallen in love with this area of North Carolina. I hope it is the second of many trips to come.Side note: While in Morganton, make reservations at the Root and Vine. Food, drinks, and service there are excellent.

Great space with thoughtful details throughout. Downtown location perfect for walking around, visiting breweries, restaurants and shopping. Perfect getaway.

This place is so comfortable and well situated right in the middle of town. It’s out go to spot when we go visit family.

My co-workers/friends and I had business in town, so we rented this VRBO. What a fantastic home! It was modern, clean, and convenient. We loved it, and if you are looking for a place to stay in the area, we all highly recommend this location. The owner was always quick to respond, and we appreciated how easy it was to book, check-in, and check-out. Five stars all the way!

This is such a beautiful, open and comfortable space right in the heart of downtown Morganton. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well-equipped. We love this place so much and will definitely be back!
