Summary:
Welcome to our beautifully renovated Historic Crawford Saloon Building built in 1890.
Located in the heart of Downtown Littleton. Our Main Street Flat has 2 bedrooms (Bedroom 1 has a King and bedroom 2 has a bunk bed), a kitchen, workspace, fast wifi and a 55" TV. There is also a single, off-street parking spot!
This first story flat is steps from coffee shops, antiques, shopping, restaurants, transportation and parks. Come visit the beauty and excitement of staying in Downtown Littleton!
The Space:
The Flat is on the first floor just to the left of the main door entrance, the windows of the unit have black out blinds and look directly on the side walk of S Nevada St where there will be some foot traffic and possible noise. Fully Self Check-in and access to an off street parking spot. Because this is downtown Main Street and sits next to a commercial Smoothie Shop, expect noise. Sorry we do not allow pets.
The main room offers a fully equipped kitchen with complimentary Keurig Coffee, Tea and Creamer! It has all the amenities to cook and dine in! The living room has a sofa couch that folds down into a futon. There's a large 55" Roku Smart TV and free wifi.
One bedroom has a king size bed and the other bedroom has a twin bunk bed and futon bed, that connects to powder half bathroom. The bunk bed room has a smaller Roku TV above the workspace.
There's a full shower bathroom off the main room with a shaving sink and it includes all the amenities like shampoo/conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer. You'll find an iron and ironing board off the main hallway, however there isn't a dishwasher or a washer/dryer. Full control of the Heat and A/C that goes through the full unit.
You will be steps away from shops, food, and scenery > Check out the Bacon Social House for Breakfast, Born2Bake or Dirt Coffee House for Coffee. If you're looking for Mexican, Palenque Cocina Y Agaveria is for you. The Alley is always packed (its a food truck but restaurant) and McKinners for Pizza. The Melting Pot has a cool new setup on their outdoor patio and the Viewhouse has a rooftop!

Guest Access:
You will have access via the main entrance to the building and your personal door access to the flat. This a shared building with other Short Term and Long Term Tenants.
The building has a coin-operated washer and dryer that you are welcome to use.

The vibe of the neighborhood is described as quaint and charming. 220 businesses call the area home, many of which are locally owned—from boutiques to restaurants and watering holes. Getting Around:
The C & D Lines of the RTD light rail system have a station located one block south of Main Street at the corner of Prince and Alamo. RTD bus lines make stops at the Downtown Littleton Station. You'll be walking distance from all the shops and restaurants!
Other Things to Note:
The main door is a shared street entrance off of South Nevada, you will have a personal door code for both the main door and apartment door. You'll have access to one off street free parking spot.
Please leave the heat set around 68-69 degrees when you leave!
The building has maintenance clean the hallway and stairway on Thursdays!

This was a great property for close friends or family. It’s small, but clean and well appointed. The king sized bed was a plus! We were able to explore downtown Denver and use the light rail system from Denver to Littleton. Littleton is a great destination too! We walked to amazing restaurants and even walked to the Platt River Trail from the property. The Breckenridge Brewery was a great destination from the trail as well as Hudson Gardens. Thank you for a great stay!
Location is everything and this place does not miss. I was in town for a visit with friends and Old Town Littleton was our meeting spot every day. Easy walking distance to all my favorite spots from Chocolate Therapist to Bacon Social House. Thank you.
We came to attend a wedding nearby and we very pleased with the rental. Extremely clean apartment in great location in old downtown Littleton. Perfect for our needs with parking space, walkable to lots of restaurants. Keurig coffeemaker was a plus! It is compact but well thought out with great attention to detail and immaculately clean. Will be back!
We enjoyed being right downtown next to everything. The property was very nice with special touches like a very good bed and soft fluffy towels. Communication with the host was superb.
The apartment was clean and in downtown Littleton making restaurants and services convenient. Wish we could have opened windows but privacy would be compromised. I suggest the street side windows be frosted with tilted opening at the top and shades that go downward to maximize privacy and allow natural light to filter in.
I loved this property! While my husband went to work, I was able to work remotely. It’s perfectly located so heading to lunch without a car was a breeze. If you’re staying in the summer, we dropped the AC to 63 and asked the property manager for a fan, then places it in the hallway to blow in the main bedroom. The bed was incredibly comfortable and offered many pillow types. We didn’t have the fan for two evenings and woke up many times sweating bc the air flow didn’t hit the bedroom. Overall would stay here again, nice and cute place!
Excellent stay. Like being at home. I will be back.
