Stayed Apr 4, 2026A simply elegant space, with beautiful natural light. Lots of vintage charm. Great kitchen!! Plenty of empty surfaces to utilize as needed. Plenty of seating options for family. Sunday-Wednesday was very quiet. Great proximity to Avondale (our favorite). Very responsive hosts. Lovely grounds. Restful space.

Stayed Aug 15, 2025This is a very beautiful apartment in the perfect location. The place is spacious and well decorated, and the hosts are helpful and responsive. There is a lot of street noise, but to be expected for the area. Would come back in a heartbeat!

Stayed Nov 9, 2024We loved the property and the proximity to good eating/ shopping. A historic property that has been adequately updated. Proximity to EverBank stadium was a positive as well. Highly recommend!
